About this property

Affordable Beach Front Condo

Located on the second floor of a 3 story complex (60 units total), the condo has a great view of the pool area and Atlantic Ocean from both the bedroom & living room. A private balcony can be a great place to enjoy the views. The beach is only a short walk near the pool area (laundry facilities are here as well as four new charcoal grills). You don't have to cross a parking lot to access miles of white sandy beach. Across the street on the Intracoastal Waterway, is the boat ramp/fishing dock. Here you can enjoy some great views of the sunset. The pool is solar heated and there are built in benches, outdoor shower, and ramp on the beach access.

Load the dishwasher
Store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure fob is hanging up next to the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Need a parking pass visible at all times. Please put dates on pass which are in the condo. Place on dashboard on the driver’s side.
There will be a refundable $50.00 deposit for a pool area key fob.

St. Augustine is a beautiful city with lots of restaurants and shops. We have a great beach and plenty of golf courses are in the area.

What makes this property unique

We like leaving the windows open so we can listen to the surf. We take long walks or bike rides on the beach.
