Delightful Villa beachfront to Grenettes

A charming T6 (130m²) for rent beachfront with Grenettes. This large property enjoys an exceptional location: protected site, private access, dunes and the beach 30 meters !!

Facing south, overlooking 900m² park with trees and flowers, enclosed ripe with direct input on the path leading to the beach !! Large terrace with electric awning, garden furniture and large barbecue.

Access to the front in a quiet dead end, flowery garden. Possibility of parking (not private) and private parking in the park.

Living room: This large room of 60m² together a lounge area (two sofa beds, LCD TV, TNT, DVD player, fireplace ...), a dining-room area, and kitchen area (large fridge-freezer , dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso, ...). Antique furniture. The utility room houses washing machine, electric dryer with condensation and maintenance equipment.

Two windows offer direct access to the park south side terrace.

On either side of the living room has 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with double beds (200x140cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (200x90cm). For the little ones, 3 baby beds are available.

Returning from the beach, 2 bathrooms including a large Italian style you wait.
2 toilets are also available.

Location: The site of Grenettes, very protected, is located in a wooded area between the villages of St. Mary and the Bois-Plage.
Between the pine forest and dune, it is the last property before the beach. The Quéreux Fond des Grenettes aptly named and is borrowed by 2 or 3 residents. On the other side of the house, a small sandy path will lead you to the beach, a few meters ...

Great family holiday

The house is tired and could do with some investment to update. Garden seems unloved. Insufficient hot water at times for a family of 8 adults and 3 small children. Charge for bedding made on day of arrival- no previous request, which is unacceptable.

Hello Tom, I am very upset and surprised by your remarks because the house was renovated in 2020. It is even more beautiful than what you could see in the photos posted when you booked, because these photos were taken between 2016 and 2019! The house is equipped with a 300L hot water tank, and none of the many vacationers who have come before you have commented on this subject. The garden itself is regularly maintained by professionals. On April 5, I asked you about the rental of sheets and towels. You have accepted this proposal (see your chat history on VRBO-Abritel website). On your arrival, at your request, I gave you my bank details and an invoice for the payment of linen rental for all rooms. Once you've left, you tell me that you refuse to pay for linen rental, and that the cleaning fee (€100) will suffice for this service! For your information, it took me 6 hours of work in addition to the 6 hours of work of a professional to put the house back in perfect condition after your departure (I will not talk here about the state in which I found the house…). Excuse me but it looks like bad faith, just not to pay what you owe...

Schönes Haus

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Kinder konnten alleine zum Strand gehen und Muscheln sammeln. Zum Baden ist der Strand an der Stelle nur mittelmäßig geeignet, da man sich an den Steinen leicht die Füße kaputt machen kann. Dafür ist er sehr schön. Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Haus am Meer

Wir haben in dem wunderschönen Haus einen absoluten Traum Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Auch unsere Hund haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, da der Garten von außen nicht einzusehen ist.

Amazing beachside location

We had a very good week at the property, it's very charming with a good outside space and, most of all, only a short boardwalk away from an almost deserted beach with great rock-pooling potential. Bear in mind the owners have very limited English so bring a French speaker!

Haus hinter der Düne

Das Haus ist sicherlich für Familien optimal. jedoch die vielen Deko objekte die überall herumstehen haben mir als Erwachsenen schon Angst gemacht. Hatte Sorge dass mir was runterfällt habe alles beiseite geräumt. Die Antiquitäten Austattung war sehr überladen so wirklich hat mir das nicht gefallen. Mit Geschirr und die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Auch der große Tisch auf der Veranda ist schön, jedoch die Anlage nicht sehr gepflegt. Dass das Haus hinter einer Düne steht war aus der Beschreibung nicht zu ersehen. Der Strand ist mit 150 Meter gut zu erreichen. Der Atlantik ist atemberaubend. hier sieht man keine Industrieanlagen Alles ruhig und sauber

Maison très agréable, spacieuse et bien équipée. Accès rapide et direct à la plage. Ce lieu était parfait pour notre reveillon! Petite précision, la chambre avec des lits individuels est à prévoir pour des enfants ou des adultes ne mesurant pas plus d’1,90m.

Herrliche Tage in der Villa Joss

Bereits im Vorfeld lief die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern schnell freundlich und informativ. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Vermietern herzlich in Empfang genommen. Besonders liebevoll war auch Blumenstrauß, der die Küchentheke verzierte und uns fast den ganzen Aufenthalt lang erfreute. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Geräte waren neu und modern. Zu dem großzügigen Haus gehört ein wunderschöner großer Park, der komplett eingezäunt ist - was für uns mit Hund besonders wichtig ist. Der Garten ist so angelegt, dass man zu jeder Tageszeit - ganz nach Belieben - in der Sonne oder im Schatten zu relaxen kann. Die Villa liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel - direkt am Strand, sodass man bereits im Garten das leise Rauschen des Meeres hören kann und auch den Duft des Meeres riecht. Wunderschön! Der Strand von les Grenettes ist sehr schön, weitläufig und lädt zu erholsamen Spaziergängen und zum Verweilen. ein. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Location très bien située, parfaite avec des enfants, propriétaires très prévenants.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jacky en août 2017. La maison, située à deux pas de la plage et équipée du matériel nécessaire pour plusieurs bébés et enfants, était parfaite avec des enfants en bas âge. Le jardin relativement grand permet de garer les vélos et de laisser jouer les enfants sans risque. Jacky et sa femme se sont montrés des propriétaires très chaleureux et réactifs au moindre probleme. Le voisinage est très calme. Nous avons trouvé la maison et le matériel très propres. Seul petit bémol : la maison eSt assez sonore et les voix résonnent donc il vaut mieux tous avoir le même rythme de lever et coucher. Le vrai atout de cette maison reste son incroyable situation au bord de la plage, qui permet d'aller à la plage quand on veut comme on irait se baigner dans sa piscine.
