We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this house. We were one family with two sets of grandparents, and the house was perfect for a multi-generational holiday.It has a really lovely, homely feel — much more like staying in someone’s own holiday home than a typical rental. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and there were lots of games which were great for both the children and adults.The location is fantastic, with the beach close by and La Noue an easy cycle away. It was the perfect base for exploring the area while also being a lovely place to spend time at home.We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Family holiday

We had a fantastic time in the villa in Saint Marie de Ré. The location was excellent and the kids had so much fun in the swimming pool. The house was well equipped and the garden was lovely. Special thanks to Laetitia who was 24/7 available for our questions and made our stay even better.

Didier est un hôte très agréable et respectueux de notre maison qui a apprécié notre environnement privilégié (calme et proximité immédiate de la mer), l agencement de la maison qui permet à chacun de s’isoler pour autant que souhaité, ainsi que notre bibliothèque très diversifiée . The property was nice and in a good location. The beach that its close to was quite rocky and not really suitable for doing much on tbh.We had issues however on arrival when the check in host informed us that the wifi wasn't working and that one of the internal toilets was also not functioning. this had not been communicated to us and

This is the second time we've stayed at the property. We have two families with children aged 6-11 and the grandparents and it's the perfect size with fantastic facilities. The location is great and the host is incredibly helpful and responsive. When we travel with our EVs, they let us use the granny chargers to charge and we just leave them cash for the electricity we use. I can't recommend this house enough. We were quite sad to see it had been snapped up for our travel dates next year and loathe the thought of finding another house that will match all that this one has!

Family christmas week

We had a Lovely week at the house, highly comfortable, well heated, cosy with fire place and large living room. The house is easy for large family, kitchen is well equipped. Beds and bathroom are functional and nicely decorated. The house is located next to the beach for nice walks. We rented bikes for nice rides along the island. The concierge was available with great proposals.

An Excellent Stay in an Excellent House

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is huge and very well laid out. The pictures actually could do with improvement because we were very impressed by what we found and felt like it wasn't actually all visible in the photos beforehand. The house is well equipped with a large fridge freezer with built in ice maker and filtered chilled water dispenser. Plenty of room to park (and the owner was fine with us charging our EVs and reimbursing them at the end - bring an extension lead!). Easy access to the major cycle paths, excellent pool and overall a really good location. It was an overall quiet area and we felt very safe. We're already booked to go back again next year.
Lots of time spent in the expansive front garden and in the pool
The beach is a short walk over the road and beautiful
Bring your bikes (or rent them there) - it's the best way to see the island

Ein sensationelles Haus in toller Lage direkt am Meer. Sehr schön eingerichtet, Platz für alle (wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 2 Babys) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man kann sehr gut drinnen und draußen sitzen, im Pool in der Sonne oder im Schatten liegen. Check-In und Check-Out waren super. Wird nicht unser letztes Mal dort gewesen sein :D

Séjour de rêve sur l'ile de Ré

Très belle location adaptée aux familles

La location est très bien située. Nous avons pu faire le tour de l île en vélo sur la semaine. Cette grande cuisine permet à tout le monde de rester ensemble tout en cuisinant. Les chambres sont très bien adaptés pour la famille permettant à chacun d avoir son intimité. Le jardin ! Mais quel beau jardin ! Pas de vis a vis. Très agréable avec cette piscine et ses arbres !

Séjour fabuleux

Venus en famille sur trois générations, nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour, la maison étant bien pensée et très agréable avec de beaux espaces. Les extérieurs nous ont tout autant séduits, de beaux aménagements et une piscine de belle taille, le tout agrémenté du bruit des vagues de l’océan tout proche.

Tolles Haus in herrlichem Umfeld

Wir hatten zwei Spitzenwochen mit zwei Familien mit erwachsenen "Kindern". Auto Abstellen, auf dem Grundstück Spaß zusammen haben, genug Raum, auch mal alleine zu sein, der Rest wird auf der Insel mit dem Fahrrad erledigt. Zwei Wochen kein Auto bewegt. Außer zum Großeinkauf im ordentlichen Carrefour. Herrlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
