Great for family vacation - Thank you Thierry!

House and private garden are absolutely lovely for vacation with smaller kids. Same is true for the community pool and all neighborhood. The house is very well equipped on a practical level. All you need for daily living is in walking distance - including the beaches. As a frequent traveler I enjoyed clean and comfortable mattress. Quite and powerful A/C. Safe parking. And Mother Nature’s creatures sparing us.

C'était notre 3e séjour chez Thierry (sûrement pas le dernier) dans une maison confortable, pratique et propre. Châtelaillon possède une superbe plage mais est aussi un emplacement idéal pour sillonner la région : Au nord: La Rochelle, île de Ré... Au sud: Île d'Oléron, Fouras (départ vers l'île d'Aix, contour de Fort Boyard)...Nous avons vraiment apprécié le jardin avec barbecue, la piscine partagée de la résidence, les vélos pour rejoindre la plage.Très bonne communication avec Thierry.La maison possède une très bonne literie, 3 chambres avec lits doubles (2 lits simples dans une des chambres serait une bonne alternative mais ceci n'est pas rédhibitoire).Un grand merci, nous reviendrons !

Jolie maison confortable et bien équipée, bel extérieur, dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue ! L'accueil et la disponibilité de Thierry ont été appréciés. La piscine était très agréable, les animaux sont les bienvenus ! La résidence est bien située à proximité de tout : plage, commerces, centre ville. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, je recommande cette adresse !

Un séjour parfait !Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison très bien équipée située dans une résidence au calme.L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la région {La Rochelle, l'île de Ré, l'île d'Oleron, le fort Boyard...} et proche de la plage.Le plus la piscine dans la résidence pour se détendre après une journée de balade et les vélos mis à disposition Merci à Thierry pour son accueil nous recommandons

Séjour très agréable courant juin, avec la climatisation pour la 1ère semaine très chaude. Le jardin est bien clôturé, sécurisé pour les animaux et l'exposition est-ouest top pour profiter de la terrasse et du jardin tout au long de la journée.Le garage attenant permet de stocker valises et rangement pour ne pas encombrer la maison. Et les vélos sont pratiques pour rejoindre le bord de mer en qq minutes.La piscine est grande, avec peu de fréquentation fin juin, cela permet d'en profiter tranquillement.Je recommande vivement cette location, en tout point très agréable.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris de découvrir ce logement au deçà de nos espérances. La chambre de plein pieds est parfaite et surtout adaptée à des personnes âgées, c’était le cas de mes parents. Le propriétaire est une personne conviviale et respectueuse, nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement ce logement.

Accès à la plage à 20 min, proprio sympathique, bonne literie. Les chambres sont ok pour dormir. Salon, canapé, exterieur. Très bien pour emmener les chiens avec soi !

Tres belle semaine dans la maison de Thierry . Quartier residentiel très agreable, calme et securisé. La maison possede tout ce qu'il faut. Les terrasse jardin , les lits tres confortables, les velos et une boulangerie à 100m.

Très belle région

Nous avons visiter une très belle régions, Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix, magnifique. Nous avons trouvé le petit jardin fort agréable et bien équipé. Petit bémol un mauvaise odeur dans les toilette lors de notre séjour. Un propriétaire fort sympathique.
