Located in Châtelaillon-Plage in a quiet and residential area, the NOA house is only 5 minutes walk from the large beach and 9 minutes walk from the famous market and shops, It consists of a large bedroom on the ground floor (1 double bed 160/200) and a large bedroom upstairs with 3 beds of 90 + 1 extra bed (possibility of making 1 double bed + 2 bed of 90), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 fully equipped kitchen which have been recently renovated. 1 living room with sofa, TV, bbq, plancha, terrace with garden furniture.
It also offers a large garden for your children and/or your pet.
Linen is not provided except for pillows, duvets and mattress protectors.
On site: 1 kit provided including 2 rolls of toilet paper + 2 dishwasher tablets + 1 laundry pods + 1 hand towel + 1 tea towel + 1 bath mat.
1 filter coffee maker and 1 dolce gusto are at your disposal in the kitchen as well as a Brita carafe.
A deposit check for €500 will be given to the concierge on site on your arrival.

The TER will take you to La Rochelle in 12 minutes and to Rochefort in 18 minutes.

Maison et jardins agréables la cuisine est parfaite avec un grand frigo la salle de bain est neuve. Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et la maison était très propre. Seul bémol le plancher de la chambre a l étage et l escalier grincent beaucoup. Mélanie a été très agréable et a l écoute pour résoudre nos petits problèmes.

15 jours, couple avec un chien. Mélanie est chaleureuse, à l'écoute et arrangeante pour les horaires d'arrivée et départ. Maison mitoyenne propre très bien équipée avec beaucoup de rangements dans chambre, cuisine et salle de douche ce qui n'est pas fréquent, grand jardin où l'on peut se garer. Emplacement top: quartier calme avec plage, commerces et restaurants à 10 min à pied. Grandes surfaces à 10-15 min en voiture. Beaucoup de choses à voir dans un rayon d'1h de voiture : iles d'Oléron, Ré, Aix, Madame, villes (Rochefort, La rochelle, Royan), des châteaux (Panloy, Crazannes, Roche-Courbon, ...), Marais Poitevin. Les volets mériteraient une cure de rajeunissement. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Sejour durant le festival des cerfs volants

Location idéale pour 6 personnes,propre, spacieuse et proche de la plage avec un grand jardin. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants.Nous avons été extemement bien accueillie par Melanie qui est très arrangeante pour les arrivée et départ. Tres bon rapport qualité/prix
