This beautiful 7 bedroom 4 and a half bathroom home is perfect for a vacation home. This well appointed pool home with spa is located on a walled lot at the beautiful Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee. It has no rear neighbors and the back of the home is west facing so you can enjoy the sunset. This home features heated pool & spa and screened in pool deck that is perfect for bbq and entertainment. The downstairs master suite has a garden tub, upstairs you will find the 6 additional bedrooms 1 master bathroom and 2 other bathrooms. Home is fully furnished including electronics with LCD TV in every bedroom. The kitchen has an open plan that features an island and a kitchen nook. With a living room, game room, dining area and a formal living room there are plenty of space for the entire family. Terra Verde Resort is a 24hr gated and guarded community just minutes away from 192, Walt Disney World and Celebration. The Resort features an arcade room, spa, theater, basketball court, beach volleyball court, shuffleboard, playground, hammock area, mini golf, table tennis and pool with an outdoor bar and tiki hut.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay, very clean and spacious, easy to navigate to the house in the community. Kids loved the pool. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to the Kissimmee/ Orlando area.

Great experience

We had a great stay. We had a last minute family emergency and Luisanna was very helpful in accommodating my husband and I, which we truly appreciated. Easy check in process at the resort and home. Home was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub- great stress reliever. We would stay again!

With 10 people in our group, this is a great house to stay in. We used the heated pool in the backyard everyday. It's also really close to the clubhouse so we could use that pool and playground as well.

Great Stay For What We Needed!

This home fit well for our family that only needed to stay one quick night. Our only complaint was there was a lot of overflowing trash outside the garage door; It wouldn’t have been so bad but it was literally overflowing out the cans and smelled really bad....aside from that we enjoyed our quick stay.

This was very nice and spacious home it accommodated my party of 9 very well and its centrally located. There were a few small issues (Inconsistent check in and out times as what was displayed on the website was different than what the owner told me and housekeeping showing up before checkout asking when are we leaving) but they were addressed very quickly and did not ruin our trip in anyway also Luis texted me day one to ensure everything was going well. Overall if the need ever arises I would definitely rent this property again.

Great house. Nice area. Plenty of room! Kitchen adequate. Only issue were knives not being very sharp, can opener not working very good and garbage disposal not draining properly. Wifi was spotty and not many good connect to it. But overall great house and we would definitely recommend it!

My kid wasn’t happy the pool was so cold the first 2 days and that the clubhouse pool was closed. We had to buy washcloths and even left part of them for the next guest. Think it’s sad you have to pay $20 for a card for quicker entrance. Overall was a great stay!! Second year there. Last year we roomed with my cousins family there but they booked the room.

The house was very spacious and perfect for our family. The owner, Luisanna, was exceptional, responding promptly to any inquiries and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay throughout! Terra Verde itself is a gem of a location. As someone who has been visiting for many years, we can attest to the consistent quality and charm of this destination. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, thanks to the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The amenities provided were top-notch, catering to both relaxation and recreation. This property comfortably slept 11 adults. The layout and amenities were nice. The AC worked well. Just disappointed in some small things: -Not stocked with enough towels, dishwasher detergent and garbage bags. -The dishwasher leaked. -Small bugs in various places. -Two shower drains that left us in standing water during showers. Whenever I sent a message to the owner/manager there was quick responses on these items and we were thankful to be given a few extra hours after the stated checkout time.

Nice resort, large house, modestly priced

In life, you usually get what you pay for. We did absolutely enjoy our stay! The house needs a lot of maintenance and better management: did not get the door code until just prior to arriving - stressful as coming from Ky floors were sticky many lights burned out internet was disconnected (our family whiz fixed this) main microwave not working (or the electrical outlet is out) the secondary microwave "popped" the circuit breaker evidence of water damage upstairs countertops are in bad condition significant water damage to floor in kitchen with weak floor and cracked tiles multiple large wasp nests in entry way dryer vent disconnected - I fixed this myself no overhead lights in bedrooms old and very stained carpet Note that we usually spend a LOT more for VRBO houses - the house was adequate, but I would certainly address these issues if I were the owner. Thank you -

Thank you for your review. The code to enter the home is changed after every guest hence we do not give the code out until the day of arrival. In regards to the internet the entire villa was having a problem with the connection that is why the issues occured as explained previously. All issues have been adressed and fixed. Clean and spacious

We really enjoyed our stay! There were a couple of things to note. We had a very lengthy long drive from Michigan and the gate guard was very brusk, a little rude and told us that we needed to check in at the clubhouse before entering the house. I stood there for 10 minutes . I contacted Luisanna responded back right away and said all I needed to do was get the code and then I could get the key fobs that you need to enter the gated community the next day. So she was very helpful with that. The pool was not as warm as we were hoping for. I contacted Luisanna once again and she messages me back right away, had someone come out but it was never fixed. Was disappointed in the spa thought it was a hot tub does not get much more warmer than the pool itself. We had a broken TV upstairs was a rip in the netting around the pool. Not enough linens for our family. We ended up going to Target to get washcloths and hand towels. There wasn't any dish detergent for the dishwasher. All in all it was a beautiful house, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, everything was very clean really enjoyed the master suite downstairs. If we go to Kissimmee again would love to rent the house again.

We appreciate your feedback. We understand about the spa area doesn’t get super hot like a traditional hot tub we are working on this issue. The net of the fence around the pool was fixed. We replace the TV that broke. We also purchase more washcloths and hand towels. Since your reservation was only 3 nights we don’t leave extra Lines but the beds are done with the lines that would be needed for this stay. Again thank you and it was a pleasure being your host.

A bit disappointed to say the least!

Arrived at property around 4pm to walk upstairs to 88 degrees temperature. The thermostat was set on 74. Can not change temperature without pin from owner. He has control over it and the system goes on stand by when someone leaves house. Took until next night around midnight to resolve with owner. Of course the management company is closed on weekends as well. Unfortunately you need to be sure to bring body soap, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a kitchen sponge, and laundry detergent because they want you to wash the towels but no detergent. House clean except my husband felt something crawling on him in bed only to find two tiny roaches in the sheets next morning. Not enough towels or toilet paper, clogged master shower drain. No too sheets put on beds upstairs. Could not use three of the TVs advertised, and game room advertised is in the hot garage with no AC could not be used. Asked for a partial refund and was refused. I would not recommend and will not use this property again.

Thank you for taking time to write this review. We wish that you would had communicated these issues to us in a timely manner so that we could had addressed it as soon as possible. Our AC unit is certainly an energy efficient one that will turn off once the property is vacated. We did not receive any feedback on Friday in regards to your situation so we figured everything was okay. When you mentioned it again on Saturday we put the issue to rest. The house is only equipped with enough things for 17 people, primary use of things if you need anything additional it is up to the guest to purchase these things. Primary body soap, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a kitchen sponge, and laundry detergent are kept for your use. Anything additional is once again up to the guest to purchase these things. Unfortunately a refund wasn't granted due to the timely manner in which things were reported to us. Thank you for your review and we will use this to improve on the things that we are lacking.

Poor house good location

The house was not as advertised, looked nothing like the pictures. The house was older and needed a LOT of upgrades, repairs and renovations. The pool was not heated as advertised. The house was not clean. The toilets were blocked and 3 of them did not flush. One toilet was leaking all over the floor. One faucet/tap broke off and was not replaced for 3 days. One sink would not drain. No overhead lighting. Only one bedside lamp per room, several had broken switches and no light bulbs. The lights in the bathroom were broken and missing bulbs. The pool table was broken and propped up on table tennis bats. Base boards were missing in the house. 4 different smoke detectors kept going off, asked for new batteries and they were not replaced. One bedroom had the lock on the outside, this is a fire hazard and against codes. When we contacted the owner she was super nice and always answered messages but things did not get replaced/repaired timely. We were without water for a day. No water in one bathroom for 3 days. Could not use the pool for a week due to it not being heated. The furniture was broken, the living room couch broken, the kitchen table and bench broken and the arms on the dining chairs broken. The neighborhood was great, the house was close to the neighborhood pool. But…. It was supposed to be open until 10pm but on the first day health and safety closed it down due to poor lighting and the pool/spa closed down at 5pm each day and will for months.

But I do want to admit that the property manager we had were not doing their job and that’s why we changed management companies. While you were in our house there was a broken arm of a couch ad has been fixed thank you for making us aware of that. The furniture that was broken was replaced. But a lot of the other things you are mentioning here are true and that saddens me. We do our best to meet our guest's expectations sorry we couldn’t meet yours. We wish you nothing but the best

Absolutely the best BnB I have been to in Florida!

This place was awesome!! Its a huge house with so much space and all of the right furniture, which worked out great with my 2 year old twins. The house has been updated look all throughout- kitchen, dining, living and bedrooms. The resort community is quiet and friendly with activities available on the premise- big community pool, arcades, basketball court, fitness room, etc. The property was central to key restaurants, shopping outlets, and supercenters. I had the best time! This will be my go to spot from now on when I go to Florida!

AMAZING HOUSE AND AMAZING STAY

My stay at Luis's house was amazing. When I entered his house, It immediately felt like home. The house had such a nice modern feel to it. I have aboslutely no complains about my stay. If I ever had any questions or even concerns, Luis immediately responded back to me. Cleanliness was not a problem at all. I know a lot of people tend to be worried about how clean the house is. But this was not a problem, everything was spotless. The clubhouse was really close, I was able to exercise in the gym, and play mini golf. A great plus was that everything was so close, the Walmart was only 5 mins away. I will definetly be coming again to Luis's house, whenever I'm back in Flordia, Thank you so much Luis, your house is absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you for all the assitance you gave me.
