Loved the cozy setup and fenced in yard worked perfectly with my 2 dogs. Host was thorough with check-in/out procedures and if I had a question would answer very quickly. Will def rent from host again!

This property is 2 blocks from the beach. Not far from activities. Other than the sirens from The fire house near by it is a quiet area. Next visit to our daughter we will book it again if it is available.

the house was clean, good location,close to the beach stores resturants.there was 5 adults and one dog. beds were comfortable, dinning and kitchen were a good size, yard is fenced in there is no problem if you have a dog.ryan was great recommened good places to eat told me to call him if i had any questions or problems,we would stay there again.

The Property was very Clean and I Loved the fact that it is Pet Friendly Ryan the host and his wife was Wonderful, we arrived in SC earlier than expected, I called,Ryan to see if anyway possible that we could get in his property alil earlier, we had a child traveling with us and it wasn't a problem at all!! Everything was Wonderful, as he mentioned it's a 5 -7 min walk to the Public Beach Access unless your like me , im a slow walker took me 10 ...but i would definitely rent it again. Hopefully next year!! I can't thank you enough for the hospitality!!

Great property if you're okay with an older place. We loved it for its character and location. I could see if you are wanting a more modern place with more bells and whistles how you might not enjoy this rental. But for me and my family it was perfect. The location is great; within walking distance to the beach, a grocery store, and several restaurants.

The location was great! We loved the conveniences within walking distance including a restaurant, Walmart Market, putt putt, the beach and Walgreens! We REALLY appreciated the fenced in backyard allowing our dog to be off-leash! She just kept looking for grass to roll in. The house had ALL the kitchen amenities including a brand new fridge with ice/water, coffee maker and air fryers! The one bed we used was very comfortable! I struggled a bit with scents of fabric softener (we use free & clear with dryer balls), but we know everything was laundered! As I wrote in the guest book, we look forward to more comfy furniture inside and out when we return. We also hope there will be more screens in windows, so we can open them. Ryan was responsive very quickly every time I reached out, which was only due to our changes in plans.

It’s a beautiful and convenient property. The beach, groceries, restaurants and so many other things are within walking distance!! The house is extremely cozy and welcoming. A true “home away from home” feeling! Communication with the host and checking in/out was a simple process. Our dogs absolutely loved the fenced in yard! The family enjoyed the deck at night!! Would absolutely rent this property again in the future! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!!
