Moffett House - Bayshore

Cozy and cute two bedroom home in Bayshore, (both bedrooms have queen beds) One and one-half baths (one full bath in hall) and separate 1/2 bath between kitchen and garage. Sleeper sofa in living room, limited view with beach access directly across the street. 50 inch flat screen TV in living room with HD. The master bedroom has a 42 inch Flat screen TV, both have DVD players. Wonderful large deck off living room. Washer/dryer in garage, full kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher. Gas log fireplace. Close to the Bayshore Beach Club with pool privileges in summer months. WiFi.

No Motorhomes. No boats. No trailers. Strictly enforced.

The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for providing us space for our family together. It was lovely to hear the ocean sounds as I was able to sleep with my bedroom window open.

If you decide to stay here, just think of it as grandmas house. It is old fashioned with hard to reach places lacking cleaning. She has collected a lot of neat things over the years that come together in this quaint cottage. Location is EVERYTHING for this house. If you don't mind a bit of wear and tear on a place, look no further.

We loved our stay!! Felt very homey and cozy! Loved the fireplace and the kitchen was stocked fully with everything you need. Clean, safe and quiet location-and so close to the beach! Thank you!

Favorite beach stay of all our trips!

We loved the Moffet house! It was clean, homey and close to the beach. The neighborhood and the beach were quiet and only a few people in sight (not like the busy, more touristy areas). Everything was comfortable and worked well, and we would love to come back again!

Ideal Location

Not only is this home less than a five-minute walk from the Pacific Ocean, but its location south of Newport prompted our visit to Yachats, a charming coastal town none of us had been to before. Moffatt House was very well equipped and clean. It offered a perfect base for a relaxing getaway.
