I love my house, it's greenery around it and being so close to center city Philadelphia and everything this area has to offer. My house reflects my love for design and practical way of living. Cooking and hosting are my passions. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and directly connected (through arched french doors) to the dining and living area to allow smooth entertainment and special time with guests and family.
Why they chose this property
I love to incorporate my love and attention to design with the practical family needs. The living room offers a relaxed atmosphere immersed in the historical carved panels from the Wanamaker Estate and overlooking the romantic fire stove. Elsewhere lively activities can go on in the play area designed for the younger ones or outside.
What makes this property unique
In the house, you will find all you need to have a pleasant and relaxing stay. The house answers the desires of each guest. There are plenty of fun possibilities for the younger and more active ones, the living room offers a charming and relaxing location for reading or chatting. The well-equipped kitchen allows for any kind of meal preparation. The the five airy bedrooms and three attractive new bathrooms complete the house offering each guest an enjoyable visit.
