Beautiful Waterfront Villa on Deep Water At Bohicket Marina, Seabrook Island, SC

This is a beautiful waterfront villa with amazing views of the Bohicket River and the Marina. It is ideal for boaters in that the marina rents slips that guests can keep their boat at while they are staying at the villa. The villa was recently updated with new floors, paint and new furniture. Guests will have access to private Seabrook Island and its beautiful uncrowded beaches, which are only a short drive or bike ride from the villa. The villa is conveniently located about a twenty-five minute drive from downtown historic Charleston and about a five minute drive from Kiawah Island. (Bus. License No. BL25-001385; Maximum Occupancy=6)

Bohicket Marina

What a lovey place to stay, It was so peaceful and amazing sunset. Enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching the activity of the marina. Everything is so close. Our visit was to see the Angel Oak Tree and it did not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.

Bohicket by Boat

Great, relaxing stay after arriving by boat. Location of villa to our slip directly below made access to either easy and convenient. With Salty Dog Cafe on property, an ice cream shop, Marina Market and Freshfields nearby it is a great location with fantastic views!

Great condominium and easy access to marina. Docks and waterway watching from the back porch is easy. Back porch overlooking boardwalk, docks and waterway. Relaxing and peaceful. Nicely decorated and modern amenities.
