About this property

Amazing view, free wifi;

Our Ocean House condo is a two bedroom, two bath on the fifth floor with gorgeous gulf front views from the living room and master bedroom. Tile floors throughout unit. Unit has fullsize washer/dryer combo. The living room has a 55 inch television, master bedroom has a kingsize bed with great view of the ocean and access to the balcony and flat screen tv and guest bedroom has two queensize beds and flat screen tv and bathroom with new updated tile walk in shower and granite vanity. Master bathroom has new tile walk in shower and vanity with new granite countertops. The kitchen has new granite countertops and new smooth top stove and is equipped with all small appliances needed to make your vacation enjoyable and the breakfast area has a table for 4-5 . The large balcony has pub height beach chairs to sit and enjoy the view.

Ocean House is only 1.5 miles from Hangout and other attractive restaurants and shops

Ocean House I has a very nice bbq area with several grills and picnic tables. The pool is very large and also has a small kiddie pool. The pool area has restrooms for men and women and a snack machine plus coke machine.

Not allowed to rent to anyone under 25. Absolutely no pets allowed. We do have a security guard at the entrance and parking passes can be purchased with the guard. Parking passes are $40.00. per car and only 2 cars allowed per unit.

This is a very well updated condo with a wonderful view and great location. This was a spring break stay and the beach was easily accessible and not overly crowded. The two queen beds in the guest bedroom was perfect for two teen girls. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this condo again.

Awesome location and condo!

The condo was over-looking the beach and well maintained. It was easily accessible once receiving the code and the manager was very accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than planned. Overall, a nice property which suited our needs for grandparents and parents traveling with a 3 and 5 year old.

We loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins. The location is far enough from the public beach so it wasn't crowded. The condo was clean and decorated in a cute beach theme. It felt like home away from home.

This has been our best experience yet at a vacation rental! Very clean, friendly host, amazing view, & a very well stocked condo. Loved loved loved this condo. It was our first time as a family to visit gulf shores. My 9 year old had never been to the beach. When we arrived at the address we stopped at the guard shack for the security guard to check us in. He was very informative and helpful. I love that the security there take safety very seriously. When we got to our condo room we were amazed with how beautiful and clean everything was. The decor was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were bigger than I had expected and the view of the ocean was the best part about the whole stay. The balcony was my favorite place to sit while I was there. Even on rainy and cloudy days the view is spectacular. The owners were also very nice and communicated with us very well. I believe we have found our forever condo rental in the gulf shores. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything you did to make our beach vacation a memorable experience.

Better than we could have hoped for. Clean, great location, right on the beach, with the best pool. We had everything we needed and Suzette accommodated an early check-in for us. Beautiful full water view from the balcony where we could watch dolphins in the morning and thunderstorms at night. Very nicely decorated and staff onsite and other owners/visitors were friendly.

Everything you want in a rental condo....clean and at home feel to the condo, comfortable furniture, good beds, well stocked kitchen, great chairs on the balcony and wonderful view. Beautiful condo, Beautiful location

This condo offers amazing views of the water, where you can watch the dolphins in the morning. The beach is just steps from the condo. Elevators were fast, and pool was a comfortable temp. The condo itself was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. Communication was also fantastic. If you are looking for a condo with personal touches and the comforts of home-this is the condo to rent. We have already rebooked for next year.

We had a great stay here at the Ocean house. We loved the location of the condo. The closeness of the beach to the condo was perfect. The condo was clean and all necessities were provided to make our stay comfortable. The condo was ready early and the owner was great to communicate with. The pool was wonderful and the kids loved the zero entry which was one of the main reason we choose this particular condo. The complex was a little older but the updates to the condo itself were modern and nice. We would stay here again! Thanks for a great week!
