Herceg Novi – Denovici - Luxurious apartment in new residential and secured complex, Air-conditioned 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms - View over the Bay of Kotor and Mount Lovćen. Infinity pool and children's pool.
Acacia Hills is a luxury residential complex of modern architecture, just completed in 2014, and situated on the verdant hillside above the village of Đenovići, which is covered with olive groves and punctuated by Cyprus trees. Its elevated location offers fantastic views across the bay to the wilds of the Lustica Peninsula and the twin peaks of Mount Lovćen. The promenaded shoreline that runs from Đenovići to Bijela is just a 300m walk away and the historic old walled city of Herceg Novi is a short drive away (10 minutes) and has many excellent
restaurants and bars. Kotor is at 40 minutes and Budva just 1 hour. Durmitor National Park (Žabljak) is only 3 hours away.
Very easy access from the airport Tivat (TIV) 30 minutes, and Dubrovnik (DBV) 55 minutes.
The apartment (maximum 4 persons) is located on the first floor with no overlook and offers from the living room, the bedroom or the terrace stunning views of Kotor Bay and Mount Lovćen.

Air Conditioning in the living room, lighting ceiling fan in each bedroom, very efficient and very quiet for a better night comfort.

Great location and nice appartment with an amazing views of the Bay. Also a short walk to the beach and the local bus stop. Bit of a climb up hill to the apartment but if you dont fancy the exercise, the local cabs are very cheap. Christian and Julia are very helpful and always on hand to answer any questions.

Tolles Apartment mit einem schönen Ausblick

Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet. Küche hatte alle notwendigen Utensilien die man benötigt. Die Aussicht war sehr schön. Es gab ein paar Probleme, die aber der Vermieter versucht hat schnell zu beheben.

logement non conforme à l'annonce. .

logement loué du 11 au 18 juin 2024 , nous avons eu la désagréable surprise à notre arrivée de constater la réfection de la piscine. Ce logement avait été loué principalement pour la piscine. Après avoir Contacté le propriétaire, celui-ci m'a indiqué qu'il m'avait informé fin mai sur un problème technique et que la piscine serait inutilisable. Je n'ai pas retrouvé de traces par SMS ou mail personnel. J'ai choisi la plateforme Abritel pour avoir une trace des mails envoyés et reçus et je n'ai pas reçu cette information ou un quelconque dédommagement alors que j'avais loué ce bien avec la piscine et le prix indiqué. Je signale également que la photo sur le site doit remonter à 10 ans car vu l'état des transats et leurs matelas , l'état de la piscine nécessitait certainement aussi un grand nettoyage. Quelques ouvriers ont travaillé dans la semaine mettant en colère de nombreux locataires suite au bruit provoqué . Ces ouvriers ont principalement effectué des opérations de nettoyage sur la piscine .Pour finir le logement est bien dans l'ensemble tant pour la vue et la fonctionnalité mais le terme luxe est exagéré ou alors la propreté devrait être améliorée et surtout il est impératif de changer les photos de la piscine même si elle devenait accessible.

Suite à un séjour passé au Monténégro pendant l'été 2022, j'ai été surpris de la propreté et de la vue depuis l'appartement. En effet, une vue magnifique où l'on voit passer ensemble voiliers et des bateaux de croisière jour comme nuit. Je recommande vivement cet endroit plaisant pour les amoureux des beaux paysages.

Fantastic Apartment

Had a wonderful time at the apartment, views amazing, clean and very spacious. Fantastic infinity pool, very relaxing. Hill up to apartment a challenge although that’s the pay off for the fabulous views. Djenovici a charming rustic seaside resort and well placed to visit Kotor Bay Area. Appartement super confortable avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec 2 adolescents pendant 1 semaine. L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé, lumineux et spacieux. Il dispose de la climatisation ce qui est très appréciable en été, d’une belle terrasse et surtout d’une vue splendide sur les bouches de Kotor. La plage est accessible par la route (pente raide) puis par des marches en 10mn à pied. Il y a aussi une piscine partagée très agréable et la résidence est parfaitement entretenue et calme. Nous avons adoré le village de Denovoci, authentique, avec des restaurants locaux très bons et à des prix tout à fait raisonnables. La localisation est pratique pour visiter le Monténégro. Communication fluide avec le propriétaire ou la conciergerie qui sont à l’écoute et efficaces. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderbar, der Pool ist ein Traum, WLAN funktioniert im Wohnzimmer gut, in den Schlafzimmern eher schlecht, leider fehlen im Wohnzimmer eine Jalousie oder Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln, es gibt 3 deutsche Fernsehprogramme , die Küchenuntensilien waren bei Ankunft schmutzig, wir haben erstmal alles gespült, der Kontakt zur Agentur ist sehr gut.

perfect apartment in a fascinating location

We had a wonderful week, the apartment is very clean, modern and has a stunning view over the bay of Kotor. Mr. Tamovic was very nice and helpful during our stay. The apartment is very well located: some minutes to walk to the beaches and really good restaurants, and by car to the attractions of Montenegro. We can recommand this apartment to everyone.

Great apartment!

We really enjoyed our holiday in Montenegro and the apartment was really great. The views were amazing from all the rooms in apartment. It was great to have balcony to look out onto the view. Our children loved the infinity pool! We also really liked the location an it was easy enough to drive around the country and visit other towns. The drive up to the apartment was very very steep but with a car it's not an issue. Communication with the owner was very good. A few of the mosaic tiles were missing from the pool area and our daughter hurt her hand on this. Suggest that this should be rectified.

Appartement avec vue paradisiaque

Nous avons découvert un appartement spacieux, équipé d'une climatisation très agréable pour un séjour en été. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et ont chacune un grand dressing ainsi qu'un accès en terrasse. L'appartement dispose de deux WC / salles d'eaux pour un confort optimal. La cuisine ouverte, très équipée, sur le salon nous permet de cuisiner tout en profitant de la vue sur l'adriatique ! QUELLE VUE ! Enorme plaisir de manger en terrasse, de profiter du paysage qui s'offre à nous, des voiliers, paquebots qui passent sous nos yeux... La résidence dispose d'une piscine à débordement, avec vu sur l'Adriatique. Nous en avons pu en profiter pleinement grâce à une température d'environ 26 degrés pour l'eau. La résidence est située à environ 30 minutes de l'aéroport seulement. Nous avons pu visiter les villes avoisinantes (Djenovici, Herceg Novi, Perast, Tivat, Kotor...). Nous reviendrons pour de nouveau profiter de ce MAGNIFIQUE appartement et continuer à visiter la région ! Nous sommes restés une semaine, nous reviendrons pour une durée plus longue ! Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse, son amabilité, et sa disponibilité. Il nous a été de bons conseils que ce soit pour l'appartement mais aussi pour nos excursions. Et merci aussi à notre contact local qui nous a reçu !

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Das gesamte Mobiliar ist neuwertig und praktisch. Die Lage ist einfach nur schön. Am Pool oder auf dem riesigen Balkon der Wohnung hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die Bucht. Möglichkeiten zum Einkauf sind in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine tollen Urlaub.

Fantastique séjour !

Doté d’une vue panoramique à 180 degrés sur la baie de Kotor, cet appartement a répondu en tous points à nos attentes. Situé dans une résidence de standing, il est très confortable, très calme, et parfaitement équipé. De nombreuses excursions sont possibles vers Kotor, Budva ou Tivat grâce à un accès facile par le ferry. Au pied de la colline, sur la promenade du bord de mer, il y a de nombreux restaurants facilement accessibles à pied, où l’on peut découvrir la cuisine locale à des prix très abordables. Situé à la frontière avec la Croatie et La Bosnie, Denovici est idéalement située pour visiter en une journée Dubrovnik ou Mostar. A noter enfin la présence d’une piscine à débordement, bien agréable après une journée d’excursion ! Je ne peux que le recommander, tout était très propre et conforme aux photographies. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et à l'écoute si besoin. Bref, un séjour vraiment fantastique !

L'appartement est idéalement placé avec une vue magnifique ! nous avons admiré le paysage du matin au petit déjeuner jusqu'au soir, avec des couchés de soleil, le reflet de la lune sur la mer, etc....splendide. On peut aller rapidement vers tous les sites touristiques ! C'est calme et facile d'accès ! il n'y a rien à dire sur l'équipement de l'appartement qui est parfait. Propreté impeccable. Equipement de qualité. Literie excellente. notre seule remarque est que nous aurions préféré disposer de rideaux d'occultation pour la chambre car nous préférons dormir dans l'obscurité (le propriétaire nous a informé qu'il allait faire le nécessaire !) Nous recommandons cet appartement sans réserve. Pour descendre à pied à la mer (10 minutes), c'est un peu sportif (montée/descente) mais c'est bon pour la santé et il y a plein de petits restos au bord de mer sympa avec des gens agréables et serviables.

Fantastic appartment with a fabulous view

I can only recommend this appartment for which I spent 3 weeks this summer with my Family. The apparment has a nice interior - spacious - well established and furnished. The amazing full seaview is stunning and the very beautiful surroundings and swimmingpool. I can only recommend this for a good holiday

We fell in love with this corner of paradise on the shores of the Adriatic (Herceg Novi, Kotor, Perast, Tivat, Budva, Sveti Stefan .....), without forgetting the mountain and National Park Durmitor ranked UNESCO heritage .......
The food is excellent and the kindness of the Montenegrin population has no equal.
Located close to Bosnian and Croatian border, it is quite possible to arrange day trips, both in Croatia (Cavtat, Dubrovnik), in Bosnia (Mostar).
