This contemporary ground floor apartment is situated a stone's throw away from the waters edge of the stunning Boka Kotorska Fjord. The restaurants, bars and shops of the medieval walled town of Kotor are just a short walk around the head of the fjord (approx 15 minutes stroll). The apartment has a large private terrace to the front (approximately twice the size of the balconies of the upper floors), fully fitted kitchen area (including dishwasher), living/dining with double sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom with its own balcony also affording a view of fjord. The apartment has an allocated secure parking space. WiFi is included.

The apartment is comfortable, the scenery is amazing and the pool was put to good use. The local roads leave a bit to be desired, not for the faint hearted. We had a wonderful week and did a lot of sight seeing.

The apartment was extremely well equipped with wonderful views of Kotor old town and the fjords. It was ideally situated just far enough out of Kotor with a very enjoyable 20 minute walk to the old town. We enjoyed the pool and most days we used it had it to ourselves. The check in was so easy having gained the keys prior to travelling. Max is an excellent communicator and replied to any questions within the hour. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful country.

Stunning patio to sit watch cruise boats glide past window and as was so hot a beautiful pool nearly to ourselves and fab air conditioner. Apartment was wonderful everything you needed was in there . Thank you Max for a lovely memorable holiday

This is a nice little apartment for 2 with amazing views across the Fjord.There is no wifi but the Free Telekom SIM available from the Tourist Information Booth in Kotor gives 500GB of data for 15 ( we used about 9GB in a week)Kotor is beautiful if overrun with cruise ship passengers.Cable Car is an experience worth doing as is a boat trip around the coast, both very reasonable.

Lovely apartment, exactly as described. The view each morning was beautiful and different. Communication and access to the apartment was excellent. Steady 25 minute walk into the old town (for a 60 year old with sciatica!) but lovely, reasonably priced restaurants there. Would rather stay this side rather than the busier old town side (quieter and better view). Highlights were going up in the cable car and walking up near the Ladder Wall to sample the home made goat's cheese and pomegranate juice (mind the 30 goats though!). Would highly recommend the apartment and area. Wouldn't recommend driving to Budvar for a year or two though due to the roadworks.

Comfortable apartment with great views.

Comfortable and extremely well-equipped apartment with outstanding views across the fjord. Good private patio area for sunbathing complimented by spacious and attractive shared swimming pool area. Great stay but did experience difficulties accessing the internet.

Lovely apartment with fantastic view.

Apartment was exactly as described and very well equipped. Air conditioning worked perfectly and was a blessing in the hot weather. Apartment was spotless. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to others. 20 minute walk into the Old Town.

Stunning views, wonderful apartment

Stayed for 10 days with my husband . Apartment had everything we needed for a home from home stay . Air conditioning in the lounge/kitchen and diner . Pool area was very welcome as the temperature was very hot . Communication with Max was easy and questions or queries answered quickly .

Amazing views

The Apartments was clean and had a spectacular view of the bay of Kotor. The swimming pool was nice and not crowded. It was around 25 minute walk to the old town and around 15 minutes walk to nearest shop/bars. Commication was good. The keys were sent in the post several weeks in advance so it was important I didn't forget them before leaving home . No wifi at the property which was a little annoying considering it said there was internet on the Vrbo booking site. However local internet data coverage works fine. Overall I would recommended to others.

Superb location

The apartment was exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you needed. The view from the apartment was georgous and we spent ages on the balcony just watching the comings and goings on the bay. We had a wonderful time and can recommend Kotor and the apartment. Max was extremely helpful from the moment we booked and was always willing to communicate, and always very promptly.

Lovely stay,super views!

Max communicated everything so well. Sent us the keys prior to the holiday. The weather was not kind to us and we thought we would use the TV but this did not work, that said we don’t normally go on holiday to watch TV. Great view of Kotor. Apartment clean and very well equipped. Max did communicate some current building works, the noise did not intrude on our holiday, however the entrance was blocked in heavy rain and slippery due to the builders mess running down the hill. We thank Max for his wonderful communication from start to finish and also for letting us stay in his apartment.

Great apartment in good location

The apartment had a great location with beautiful, uninterrupted views over the Fjord. It had the morning sun which made breakfast on the large terrace a delight. The kitchen was really well equipped which made self catering easy. Everything that you needed was provided, even down to needle and threads! Very warm, clean and spacious. It was only a short walk to get to the old town, which was lovely, shops, bus station and taxis. We stayed mid October and the apartment block was quite quiet.

We had a fabulous week in the apartment, as per previous reviews there is absolutely everything you need in the apartment, it is very well equipped but the main attraction is the stunning view from the terrace, completely breathtaking. The only downside would be the water pressure in the shower, it is poor, not sure if that is the area or the property as speaking to some other people staying locally they did not have this problem so not sure. Also we did not hire a car but worth mentioning there were cars parked in the allocated property space for most of the time so we wouldn’t have had anywhere to park! Having said that neither of those things would detract from recommending the apartment, walk into town was about 15/20 mins but very flat. We had a fabulous week and enjoyed everything the apartment and kotor had to offer, amazing

No internet at all at the property but clearly states there is. floors were dirty throughout. Used toilet roll (only half toilet roll). Used bar of soap, in bathroom. Bathroom bins still full from previous guest. Air con in living room area only. Stand up fan in bedroom. Bulbs were dead in the lamps. One bath towel and hand towel each for a week. Pull out sofa, full of dust. No description of a steep hill to walk to get to apartment till the final instructions. Used the taxi service the host recommended and they couldn’t find the property with the 3 word location. You pay for the view at this property as it’s stunning. With a little care and attention this property could be great. I have visited Montenegro 3 times in the last year and this property was not up-to the standard I had been accustomed too. If the description was accurate I would have not picked this property.

Incredible views!

The apartment has incredible views across the Bay of Kotor. It is clean, comfortable and convenient for stays in this beautiful part of Montenegro.The apartment has everything to make a stay there very enjoyable. Sitting on the patio for breakfast and evening drinks, while enjoying the views, made every day special. The pool added a luxury in in the glorious sunshine.We travelled around Montenegro on local buses from Kotor during our 10 day stay. Kotor bus station is only a 20 minute walk from the apartment. There is parking at the apartment if you have a car.There is a bakery along the road into Kotor, selling delicious, local cakes, savouries and breads. Then Old Town Kotor is just around the bay,.There isn't any wifi at the apartment but every establishment has free, often secured wifi, so we just logged on each day as we travelled near or far.Contact with Max the host when booking the apartment was quick, easy and informative. We didnt need to contact him during our stay, but I'm sure if you did have any queries, he would respond in a timely and helpful manner.We would definitely recommend staying at this apartment for a stay in beautiful Kotor.

Perfect

Great communication with Max , He let us stray longer in the apartment as our next accommodation wasn’t ready and it was raining . The apartment has beautiful views and the pool area is wonderful with plenty of comfortable loungers . The apartment has everything you need to self cater , even enough of everything that it’s worth filling the dishwasher . We used the bed & bed settee as one of us snores and one is a very early riser . Both really comfortable. The only slight downside was no Wi-Fi , we managed as we had friends staying nearby and latched onto theirs . The walk into Kotor is 20 mins and there are no paths , but felt perfectly safe if you took your time and pulled in if 2 cars were passing you at the same time , though taxi back was always less than €5. Easy to visit Tivat using the bus that passes hourly , by flagging it down outside the apartment. I took my paddle board and used it every day . Early morning the gorge was like glass , I saw a turtle one day and it was nice to stop on the other side of the bay in Dobrota for a coffee / beer . Will definitely be recommending these apartments to everyone . Kotor is absolutely gorgeous. Enjoy .

Für uns war es ein traumhafter Urlaub. Sehr gut und vor allem ruhige Lage mit traumhaften Blick auf den Fjord.Alles wie beschrieben, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war ein nicht vorhandener Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse (Sonnenschirm, Markise,..) insbesondere in den Morgenstunden (beim Frühstück..)

Kühles Apartment in heißer Zeit

Wir haben im Juli eine besonders heiße Zeit erwischt und konnten uns davon überzeugen, dass die Klimaanlage hervorragend kühlt. Das Apartment ist großzügig ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Mehr als ausreichend Geschirr für die Bestückung des Geschirrspülers (der einwandfrei funktioniert), Putzmittel in allen Ausführungen für alle Zwecke und einwandfrei funktionierende Waschmaschine mit ausführlicher Erläuterung. Großzügige Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf Kotor und den Fjord. Kotor zu Fuß erreichbar in ca. 15 Minuten. Apartment liegt oberhalb der Panorama-Route in absolut ruhiger Lage. Max beantwortet Rückfragen immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit und hat uns auch bei der Buchung von Taxis und eines Mietwagens geholfen. Taxi-Rufnummern und andere Erläuterungen gibt es außerdem im Apartment.

What a View !

The apartment was perfect for us, ground floor with a slightly larger balcony / patio area The View from the apartment was stunning, every day, beautiful weather in October, we never saw a cloud in the sky Apartment has everything you would need The 15-20 minute walk along the shoreline, with no pavement was ok during the day, but at night we got a taxi, only 3-4 Euros from the old town back to the apartment… Red Taxi was the cheapest we found Arrangements with Max were smooth and all worked out well

Great Stay

We had a fabulous two weeks here. We had everything we needed and the view was fabulous. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony relaxing.
