Ideal location, definitely going back

This house was a short walk to Ditch Plains beach, we walked there every day pulling the wagon. It is also a 5 minute walk to The Crow’s Nest which has an amazing sunset. The house was very clean and well kept. It had central A/C, new flat screen smart TV’s, and the eat-in kitchen had all new appliances. The outdoor shower was amazing, and the deck and outdoor sofa / eating area was all very comfortable. It is the perfect beach cottage.

What’s not to love?

My family and I stayed at this home for a long stretch of time over the summer and again in the early spring. We have been renting every summer in Ditch Plains for the last 5 years, and this is by far the cleanest and nicest home we have stayed at. This house is a 5-7 minute walk, or a 2 minute bike ride from Ditch Plains beach, so the location is perfect. The open floor plan is perfect for relaxing, cooking, eating and just hanging out. One of the things we loved about the house was the fact it is all one floor. There are not any steps to get from the living area to the bedrooms, or from the house to the deck / yard, perfect for kids. The back deck and back yard are very large and the house has a great outdoor shower, new swing-set, and outdoor fire pit. Everything in the house (towels/ linens provided) seem new and very clean. The owner also provides bikes, chairs, umbrella, wagon, garbage removal and cable – all of which are amenities not typically provided in comparable rentals. Definitely going back!

What makes this property unique

Larger more usable back yard than most homes in Ditch Plains, that is also sunny and south-facing so you can hear the ocean as you relax, have a drink, and grill food. Yard also features a new swing set for children to enjoy after a day at the beach or first thing in the morning. Beach cruisers, beach chairs, wagon, and cooler made available to renters enabling them to travel light.
