This fully remodeled luxury 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 7 with a king in the primary suite, a twin-over-queen bunk in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The renovation includes high-end finishes throughout—new flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated lighting, fresh paint, modern furniture, and stylish accessories. The home now features air conditioning via an evaporative cooler, a rare amenity in Summit County during the summer months!

Located in the heart of River Run Village, you’ll be just steps from the gondola, shopping, dining, nightlife, and year-round events. Park in the heated garage and walk anywhere—no shuttles or parking hassles needed.

The living area features a 49" LED TV mounted above a new electric fireplace with a touch-screen remote allowing you to customize colors, temperature, and ambience. It also includes a queen sleeper sofa with a premium memory-foam mattress and a Sonos music system. The private balcony is just off the living room and overlooks Dercum Square—home to an ice rink in winter and mini golf in summer—with beautiful views of the Gore Mountain Range and partial ski-slope vistas.

The remodeled kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. It is fully stocked with cookware and tableware, and the dining area seats four comfortably—perfect for easy meals or quick lunches between ski runs.

The primary bedroom offers a king bed, mounted LED TV, and an updated en suite bathroom with a new walk-in shower, granite counters, and modern hardware. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a mounted LED TV. The adjacent guest bathroom has updated finishes and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5 with a short walk to the River Run Gondola. Loved being right there in the middle of everything at River run. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc. It was convenient to have a locker for skis but do know that you have to keep the rest of your gear in the room. Only our skis and polls fit in the locker. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! After snowboarding during the day we enjoyed the pool tables, hot tubs, and the short walk to the shops and skating rink. Everything was clean and well kept.

Condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the pool tables and hot tubs just down stairs. The little Keystone Village area that is attached had everything you needed right out your back door. The view of the balcony of the mountains can't be beat! The recently added air conditioner kept us comfortable the whole stay.

Excellent Stay

Close to Gondola, restaurants, and shopping. Parked our car in the heated garage. Kids loved the pool and game room. Unit was very updated and cozy. Nice mountain views and we made great use of private balcony. We made breakfast every morning and even came back for lunch during our ski break. We look forward to coming back next season and hope to stay in this same condo.

Buffalo Lodge- Keystone resort

It was an exceptional property surrounded by a village that offered many amenities. There was shopping, hiking, biking, fishing, white water, rafting, and so much more. The weather was perfect and we were just between seasons so we had the place to ourselves. This was a beautiful park with responsive property management. Checking was easy check out was beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable stay.
