Easy 2 mi drive or bike ride to downtown Saugatuck. Elevated screen porch overlooks 2/3 acre yard with patio, adjacent to a peaceful Farm. Bluetooth hi-fi stereo, hot tub year round (serviced professionally), bikes, cooler & beach gear provided (chairs, umbrella).

The house met all of our needs. We came to the area for our son’s wedding and had several cars since people were coming from different directions and/or at different times. The driveway accommodated all of the vehicles and the house easily held 7 adults. The house was clean and ready when we arrived and we appreciated the 11:00 am check out time so we did not feel rushed leaving. We would definitely stay again.

Family Friendly

Stayed here with my family and really enjoyed the house. It was comfortable, well equipped and spacious for the whole family. Todd the host was very responsive, helpful and organized. Would definitely stay here again.

It was wonderful working with Todd, and the house was perfect for a family vacation bringing our adult children and grandchildren together from 4 states! The house is set up with everything for an infant which made travel so much easier. The screened porch was liovely in the mornings and the fire pit was a great place to gather at the end of the day! Our stay was so comfortable and it felt like we were at home We would love to go back again - it was just what we were looking for!!

Easy, breezy, picture perfect weekend!

Porch Swing was clean and comfortable; a perfect location for our wedding weekend. Close to Saugatuck village, close to Felt Estate, minutes to Holland. Our group of 9 had a comfortable, quite stay. A couple restaurants, a mini market/gas station, and a day-pass gym were located near the house. We had a wonderful visit!

Our family had an AMAZING stay! Hot tub -Amazing!!! Friends and our family made some amazing memories in this house! Host was very responsive!!! Our 12 y/o forgot a very sentimental stuffed animal and owner shipped to us!! FIVE STARS!!

Beautiful home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay at this house in Saugatuck. They had all the amenities that you would need in the house. great kitchen appliances, a fun downstairs with a pool table, and a lovely outdoors with a fire pit. We didn't use the hot tub but that is accessible as well. Not far from any of the points of interest that we traveled to during the trip. Disc golf course in biking distance. All in all would recommend for a group of 8 adults with some kids.

Pleasant stay in Saugatuck

Close to nearby attractions and plenty of things to do. Todd is a great manager, always responded quickly to our concerns. Great for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Enjoyed our weeklong stay.

Great home

The space was perfect for multiple families with bedrooms on first floor and basement. Backyard is beautiful. We loved the pool table. Instructions for things are clear and the owner is wonderful and easy to communicate with. We visited Holland, South Haven, and Saugatuck, so the central location was perfect! Neighborhood was beautiful for walking and could walk to the ice cream shop! Loved the dunes ride down the road! Only “complaint” was that the basement was freezing, so we turned the air off. Well-stocked all around for the home (kitchen, toilet paper, towels, blankets, detergents, etc.) Always nice when you don’t have to worry about those things!

Clean, accomodating and exactly like the pictures.

We enjoyed everything about the home. There were family ranging from 5 - 68. Plenty of parking even with our Canada family staying in their motorhome. Per Todds approval. Stayed up laughing and talking till at least 1:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday. My teenage Granddaughters loved the hot tub. The kitchen was roomy with plenty of bowls, silverware etc...and 3 women cooking for a potluck at another family's rental. It's a 5 star for sure!! Thank you Todd.

Our group had a great time staying at porch swing. The house was very clean and met all our needs. The location was perfect for a girls weekend in Saugatuck/Holland. Todd was a great host and was quick to respond when needed. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful Stay!

We were in Saugatuck for our son's wedding over an extended weekend and the Porch Swing was absolutely fantastic! It is located outside the busyness of Saugatuck, nestled on a quiet country lot but, you're close enough to easily go downtown for shopping and restaurants. The age ranges for the family ranged from 21yrs to 72yrs and we all fit comfortably. The Porch Swing was very clean with fun decor throughout. Todd was amazing to work with. I highly recommend a stay at his place!

Family vacation

This property worked out very well for our family vacation. It was roomy, well equipped and a short drive to any are we wanted to go to. Quiet subdivision. If it had been warmer, the porch and fire pit would have been used also

Wonderful stay

4 adults and 8 kids stayed over new years. The house is well situated near the highway for easy access to neighboring towns. 4 minute drive to Saugatuck Dunes State Park. Quiet neighborhood. Enough room in the house for us to all be together or retreat to our own spaces.

Convenient and spacious for extended family

We stayed here for a family event in Holland. We had ten adults from 18-82. There is space for people to spread out and participate in different activities. The big table is great for board games and puzzles. Easy to have one group at the dining table, others in the living room, a couple of people playing pool, and others watching football in the family room. It was snowy, so we didn't use the hot tub or fire pit. We did enjoy the gas fireplace. The location was only 10 minutes from my dad's house on the south side of Holland.

Relaxing Family Home

The Porch Swing property is family-friendly, close to everything, and a lovely place to vacation. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and the amenities in the house were perfect for our family vacation. Todd, the property manager is quick to respond and is very helpful. The house is minutes away from downtown Saugatuck which can be reached by bike or car. This is the perfect property for your family as there is plenty of space.

Home Base for Daughter's Wedding

The house and grounds were great! We had family and friends with us as we took care of final preparations for our daughter's wedding. We used the fire pit, grill, and hot tub outside, and took full advantage of the well-equipped kitchen and wet bar inside. The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting, and having 3 full baths was wonderful. The owner (Todd) was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house, perfect for a group!

We are 3 couples that get together every Labor Day weekend. This was our 3rd visit to this area and this was by far our best rental. The attention to detail was great. Loved all of the bedrooms, the great room, hot tub, kitchen, fire pit and the bikes. The house was very clean and the kitchen. Well stocked . About a 30 minute walk into town and a 15 minute easy bike ride. We would define rent this home again!

Great Girls Getaway

There were six of us celebrating our 60th and everyone was thrilled with the property. Plenty of room, nicely decorated and a well stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed starting our mornings enjoying our coffee on the screened in porch and it is where we ended each evening too. A couple ladies loved the porch swing so much they took a pic to have their husbands build one for home. The owner Todd was wonderful to work with and went over and beyond for us. One of the ladies left a coat in the front closet and he was kind enough to ship it to her. We spent a lot of time downtown and don’t miss the sand dune rides which are right around the corner from the house!

Wonderful winter getaway

We are just back from a delightful 4 night stay over New Year's Eve at the Porch Swing house. From the start, Todd was so easy to communicate with. He was happy to try to get us in the house early to accommodate a nap time and let us stay a bit late on check out day to continue to enjoy the area. There were two families staying there with kids aged 5-12. All had a blast. The house was well appointed with every kitchen gadget, serving platter, and dish you might need to feed 3 meals a day to 9 people. All enjoyed the pool table, yard, fire pit, and hot tub. Our group easily fit comfortably both with sleeping arrangements and for hanging out either on the main floor or downstairs in the Rec room. We all enjoyed a hike at the state park where the kids went sledding on both the snow and the dunes, a trip into downtown Saugatuck, a 45 min drive to go tubing, and extra time just hanging out at the house.
