Great venue for 9 ladies celebrating a milestone birthday! Easy walk to town, very well equipped (much more than expected) and the owner was easy and quick to respond to all my inquiries....love Saugatuck too!

Great place to stay. Location was perfect for walking to downtown Saugatuck. T n is property has everything you need for a perfect getaway. We really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on cool nights.

We had a great visit to Saugatuck because of the house we were staying in. Not only was it just as described, but everything worked well for our large family. There was plenty of space, everything was in excellent condition, the extras like beach equipment and toys were great. Our family absolutely loved being able to walk everywhere all the time, and the neighborhood was beautiful to walk in as well.The host was an excellent communicator, and we felt we could not have asked for a better house.

Six long time realtors. Weā€™ve seen everything AND weā€™re picky. We loved this adorable in town farmhouse. Much bigger than we expected so we could really spread out. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porchā€¦ walked to town for shops and restaurants and really appreciated the 6 car driveway. Clean as a whistle and lots of rooms to lounge around. The experience was EXCEPTIONAL. Highly recommend and I donā€™t say that lightly. Iā€™ve spent 40 years going into peopleā€™s homes.

This home was in a great location. Itā€™s walkable to town but at the same time is very quiet and in a nice neighborhood. It also is adjacent to a large open field with a baseball diamond. Fun for the kids to kick a ball and drive a remote controlled car!Kitchen was very well equipped and the table sat 12 of us comfortably. Plenty of space and toys for the kids. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well.

This was our favorite VRBO home yet! It had plenty of space and a great layout for our 11 family members. Clean and comfortable, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all! Great location - walkable to town! The kids loved the adjacent tennis/basketball courts! The house was stocked with everything incl beach chairs/towels and wood for the outdoor fireplace to make our stay the best! We wished that we couldā€™ve stayed longer!
