A new kitchen with updated counter tops and cabinets add a sparkle to the kitchen area. The open floor plan creates extra space for the living room and dining area. Leather furniture and solid wood furnishings add a nice touch to the mountain-themed vacation rental. This two bedroom two bathroom condo provides lodging for up to six people comfortably in this updated Winter Park two bedroom two bathroom condo located close to town and Winter Park Resort.
Lodging Location: Building 2, 2nd floor. The building is located behind the Clubhouse and near the main entrance of the condominium complex. NO air conditioning.
Passing parking pass required - only 1 for this unit.
Bedding Configuration: Queen in the master bedroom, second bedroom has a Queen, sofa sleeper in the living area.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
