This family vacation home is waiting for you! Oceanfront, and sleeps up to 16 of your closest friends and family.

The location of this oceanfront beauty cannot be beat. The view is out of this world. Just 7 blocks south of the Surf City Pier, it sits in the most desired section of South Shore Drive, before the S curve. Very easy walk to the pier, shops, and restaurants.

This property was updated in 2017/2018 and again after Florence. New flooring, shiplap, new kitchen that is very well stocked. Mattresses are top of the line Beauty Rest Platinum Series. We know you want to get a good nights sleep, and you will. Besides, you're on vacation, you deserve it after a long fun day on the beach. You also get all new kitchen appliances, new small appliances, and every utensil you could ask for, AND, nice sharp knives. We also provide a fully stocked spice rack, olive oil, and vinegar. We just ask that if you empty it, you replace it. I try and keep the kitchen stocked with the items that I didn't want to bring when we traveled here for vacation. There are smart TVs, wifi, ceiling fans, and fresh paint. And, the wet bar with wine fridge is the bomb!
We have extremely comfortable high back resin chairs on the roomy deck so you can relax by the ever changing ocean, watch the sun rise, pods of dolphins, the occasional whale, and witness the colorful sky during sunset. You will love sitting under the beautiful night sky, stargazing till your heart's content.

The main living area has a nice big smart TV, and plenty of seating. And did I mention the views? There is a dining area just off the kitchen. Also on the first floor are four bedrooms and three baths. The first bedroom has two twins, the second has one queen, the third has two queens, and the fourth is the oceanfront master king with attached bath. Upstairs you will find a loft, with amazing views( in case I forgot to mention), a smart TV, two built in bunks, one bedroom with a daybed and trundle, and another bedroom with king, and another full bath.

Just off of the living room is a screened in porch, a nice place to relax out of the sun but still be outdoors.

We do not provide linens, you can bring your own, or rent your own. I recommend Sweet Dreams Linens, they do a fantastic job.

Fall of 2020 brought new siding, and the remainder of the new windows.

Do yourself a favor and give this place a chance! Pets will be considered, if cleared with us first. Maximum of two dogs, no cats. There is a pet fee.
