All bathrooms have been completely renovated featuring stunning tile detail and spa-like finishes. Brand new flooring flows throughout the first floor adding a clean, modern feel. The heart of the house is the spectacular, fully updated kitchen, thoughtfully equipped for real cooking and family meals. You'll find a 36" induction stove, an oversized 48" refrigerator, new cookware, extra sharp knives, new cutting boards, plus the kitchen comes stocked with essential spices, olive oil, and vinegars.

Step outside to soak in the ocean breeze, unwind after a day in the sand and enjoy the convenience of a home designed for comfort, connection, and easy coastal living.

We have extremely comfortable high back resin chairs on the roomy deck so you can relax by the ever-changing ocean, watch the sun rise, pods of dolphins, the occasional whale, and witness the colorful sky during sunset. You will love sitting under the beautiful night sky, stargazing till your heart's content. And if you're lucky, you will see a spectacular space launch traveling up the coast from Florida.

The main living area has a nice big smart TV, and plenty of seating. And did I mention the views? Also on the first floor are four bedrooms and two baths, three counting the primary. The first bedroom has two twins, the second has one queen, the third has two queens, and the fourth is the oceanfront primary king with attached bath. Upstairs you will find a loft, with amazing views(in case I forgot to mention), a smart TV, two built in bunks, one bedroom with a daybed and trundle, and another bedroom with king, and another full bath.

Just off of the living room is a screened in porch, a nice place to relax out of the sun but still be outdoors.

We do not provide linens, you can bring your own, or rent your own. I recommend Sweet Dreams Linens, they do a fantastic job.
