Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the sunrise! Go shopping and grab a bite at one of the many delicious eateries along Orange Avenue. Bike around the island or take advantage of the free summer shuttle. Venture down to the Ferry Landing and listen to music vibes here or at the summer concert at the park on Orange Avenue. Location, location, location !!!!

I booked this property very last minute and was totally impressed by the owners response to my inquiry and the property itself. Shawna, the landlord, went out of her way to guarantee my stay was perfect. Upon entering the condo I was greeted with a clean, beautifully decorated living space that had a balcony over looking the Hotel Del Coronado and the ocean. The condo kitchen was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need to enjoy a month at the beach !!! Shawna thought of everything. The bed in the bedroom was super comfy and the bathroom was even stocked with extra supplies. Parking was a breeze as you have your own space in the parking garage. I highly recommend renting this condo for your stay you will not be disappointed !!!!

great property/needs professional management

broken toilet, owner said she was sending a plumber, would call us, did not call and did not answer phone. Had to go down 10 stories to use desk man bathroom. should have moved us to hotel. Beautiful property, needs better management

enjoyed sun and security in beautiful Coronado on the 10th floor

pros wonderful location , could use some updating and A/C but overall really loved it and would stay there again. I appreciated that there is a door man and extra security with a secure parking spot.

I have been blessed by the acquisition of this beautiful property and have spent much time here with my family playing at at the beach, swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, beach combing, climbing on the rocks, biking, walking, and barbecuing.
