Conditioned cottage in the heart of the Landes forest just 5 km from the beach and shops, located in a secure residence leisure, 1 hour from Bordeaux and Biarritz on a plot of 172m2, 2 car parking decks.
The cottage sleeps 6: Ground floor: Fitted kitchen, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, 4 electric hotplates, coffee machine and electric kettle, toaster; Living room with sofa, dining radio and TV, bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with 140 beds and the other with 2 beds of 90, 1 bathroom and toilet.
Outside: 2 terraces with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, car parking, private garden, bike shed.
The residence: Outdoor pool and wading pool, Whirlpool (swimming pool, jacuzzi, hot tub, sauna, tennis court, bowling green, children playground, table tennis (free). On-site dining space, bicycle rentals, fitness / bodybuilding and laundry (extra charge).
In front of the complex: archery, tree climbing, paintball, mini-golf, hiking, biking.
In the neighborhoods: surfing, cycling Bicycle path "Vélodyssée" horse, fishing, canoeing, kayaking ....
