Had a great stay. Host communicated well, house was clean, and provided all needed amenities. Was within walking distance from downtown shops and eateries. There was even a Spoonbread festival happening while I was there. I will be saving this location for my next trip.

We spent 3 nights and found the home very comfortable. It was very clean and well supplied for everything we needed. It is located conveniently to Berea College and to the town of Berea. Communication with Laura and check in was smooth. I recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Berea.

Quiet little neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Cute and clean house with everything I needed for the week. I come to Berea about the same time every year and I will be saving this location for future stays.

The house was clean and relatively comfortable. It was very hot while we were in Berea and we had an issue with the air conditioner's thermostat. We contacted the host and they were very prompt in addressing and fixing the issue. Although we didn't make dinners while we were there, I felt the kitchen was not well supplied. There wasn't enough spoons for a service of four.

Small, clean, simple home. No bells and whistles but everything worked and internet was good! One suggestion is to provide power strips. No plugs by the beds. Also house does not cool down below 75 degrees during the day, I would suggest providing fans. Nice little place and worked well for us!

We had a lovely time in Berea! The house was centrally located and therefore much was within walking distance. Property owners were very quick to respond to questions. The house was clean inside. The driveway was a hoot! My only critique is that it would have been nice to have a dish cloth in the kitchen and an extra dish towel. I did bring one of the washcloths from the bathroom to use in the kitchen.

The home is so warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable even the couch! We really enjoyed the really HOT water, we never ran out! There was shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap in the bathroom and soap in the kitchen. Towels, wash cloths, hand towel and shower towel were readily available. Kitchen well stocked for us and everything worked well. It was easy to find, great neighborhood and walking distance to the old Town Crafts and Welcome center (a must to visit while there). We enjoyed the Craft Festival -over 90 vendors. Thanks for sharing your home and when we visit our friend ag, we will be renting again.

Super cute older home. So glad I switched last minute from a hotel. This was so much better. More space to move around and really great to have kitchen. The house had everything I needed and the beds are super comfy! Would definitely stay again when I’m in the area.
