Welcome to this stunning 3-bedroom/2-bath home just steps from the white sandy beach, massive boathouse, docks, picnic areas, BBQ grills, fire pits, and children’s swing set. Located in a quiet slough—perfect for safe swimming and floating with minimal boat traffic. This location on the lake is ideal with convenient access to marinas, restaurants, boat ramps, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, hiking, lake attractions and an easy 30-minute drive to Auburn!

This beauty is custom decorated in Lake Motif, absolutely stunning! This is our least expensive home as it is a few more steps to the sandy beach and the lake, but offers the same great amenities and incredible views of the lake from the living room and front porch. Enjoy a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, the dining room with custom-built farm table and large island for gathering and conversing, comfortable living room with 75-inch big screen and smart TV’s in each bedroom. The primary bedroom is extremely large with a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom with soaking tub and beautifully tiled shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting area. The 3rd bedroom is decorated Americana style, (we love our USA!) It has two sets of bunkbeds.

Walk out the door and enjoy your back porch area with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Or, enjoy a cool beverage and watch the incredible sunsets. Relax lakeside on the sandy beach, in boat house or on the covered deck absorbing the gorgeous views. Great swimming, floating and fishing! Enjoy the kayaks, paddleboats, canoe, floats and sand toys. Or challenge each other with a game of corn hole. The fun never stops!

I rented this place for my son and his friends for the weekend. He said everything was very clean and it was a very nice place. They went to Walmart and McDonald's while they were there and said it wasn't a bad drive from the house. The beach and the kayaks were their favorite place during their stay.

Perfect Stay at Lake Martin

The home was amazing, with great space, very clean, very comfortable and the access to the lake was ideal. Two families of four stayed at the house and fit perfectly, the adults each had a separate room and the teens enjoyed the room with the bunk beds. We rented the pontoon boat which was convenient and easy to access beautiful Lake Martin. The owners were great and super helpful. Will stay again at Holiday Cove.

Beautiful properties with large porches for entertaining.The houses are tastefully built and decorated. The cove is quiet and peaceful. Canoes, kayaks, and water toys for adults and children. The boathouse/ dock is great for just hanging out right on the water.

Weekend getaway

The home was beautiful and clean. It may be better suited for a family that rents all the properties and stays together. A bit awkward, like your in someone else's backyard when it comes to the availability of the water. The homes closer to the water did take over, again beautiful home, but the access to the lake was not a comfortable environment.

There is so much space in boathouse, pavilion, sandy beach and common areas that many people can comfortably spend time without crowding each other. Most folks have boats and spend their days on the lake. Everyone is on vacation and is super nice and accommodating. Guests come as strangers and leave as friends! Amazing vacation!

We stayed at house #1 and friends stayed at house #2. We all had a great time on the lake. Amenities provided, such as kayaks, grills, covered deck, etc. were all used and appreciated. Location is very convenient and the ability to dock our boat and jetski right at the property was so convenient and helped make the stay even better. Homes were clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils, coffee maker (thank you!) appliances, etc. Bedrooms were perfect, laundry was so helpful and AC worked great. Could not have asked for a better stay!

So Much Fun!

Another mom and I brought a group of girls who are juniors in high school. We were thinking we should have rented a boat, but the girls had the best time just hanging out on the beach and using the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boats to keep them entertained!The house was very clean (I'm picky!) and had all of the utensils, pots, and pans we needed to cook dinner one of the nights.I also appreciated that dish towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets were all provided. It's the little things!We got to meet the sweet owner of the home the first night we were there. So nice to know she was a phone call away!Overall a great visit and perfect first-time vrbo experience!

nice but misleading

The pictures of this "Lake Side" rental were misleading. Our rental was about 250 yrd from the lake and the view of the lake was limited b 2 other properties closer to the lake.

I'm sorry you felt that you were misled. This house is actually 150 yards from the boat house with a very gradual sloping walkway. Our home is new, lovely and so very comfortable. It does have a beautiful lakeview from the front porch. We also supply a wagon to carry all your necessities. This house is the least expensive of the four houses because it is a few more steps but it shares all the awesome amenities such as the huge boathouse and pavilion, gorgeous sandy beach, kids playground, two picnic areas and beautifully manicured grounds!

Deceiving Description

The house does not face the lake. The common area is shared with 4 houses unlike 2 houses in the description. If you look closely at the boat dock pictures you can see 3 out of the houses. This house is behind the one in the very back. Can barely see the lake from the front porch. Very disappointing. On a positive note the house was very very clean & beautiful on the inside. Would be a great place for a big group of friends/family that want to rent a few houses on one property.

April, I am so sorry you were disappointed. We do describe the house as one in four and it is our lowest price house because it is a few steps further from the sandy beach and boathouse. There is a view of the lake and boathouse from the front porch. The property is 2 ½ acres with over 280 feet of waterfront. Each house has an oversized porch and/or deck. The boathouse, pavilion, sandy beach, 2 picnic areas and children’s play area are shared. The boathouse and pavilion are huge and can easily accommodate many families. There is enough space for 8 boats. Not all houses are rented at the same time and not all families are at the common area at the same time. Most folks have boats and spend the days on the lake. The property is as beautiful as a park! And the amenities are awesome! The houses are new and gorgeous! This house is perfect for families on a budget wanting a new, clean house, spectacular amenities and access to beautiful Lake Martin!
