This 3 bedroom with Den, 2.5 bath sleeps up to 8. This spacious approximately 2500 sf home with private pool and spa is located on a golf course and is in walking distance to the Empire and El Dorado Polo Clubs, home of Coachella and Stagecoach!

Stunning mountain views provide the perfect backdrop for a dip in the pool (which can be heated), hanging out under the stars in the hot tub, grill up a steak on the outdoor grill or lounge in the outdoor living area and enjoy the fire table and sunset at night.

From high quality linens, 2 memory foam mattresses, a chef's kitchen with every kitchen tool, spice and machine you could need to a tankless water heater so you never run out of hot water, make this your home away from home haven. Ideal for remote work, the home has high-speed internet, an HP laser jet printer and excellent cell service.

Kid friendly with games, and pet friendly too!

Lovely house and location.

The only issue was trouble withe the hot tub and pool not staying heated. Otherwise the location to the festival and house itself were amazing. Very comfortable. Loved our visit.

Awesome Indio Home

Our stay at this home was fantastic! We loved how comfy the master bed was and the open layout of the kitchen and living room was incredible. There is plenty of space to entertain inside and out. The home is also filled with amazing sculptures and beautiful artwork. Lesa (the owner) could not have been more helpful as she was extremely prompt getting back to any questions we had. The community and home is very relaxing and the backyard doesn't get more tranquil than this! I would definitely rate the entire experience a 5/5 and would love to stay here again in the future!

Rental house

It was not what I expected? I have had 3 VRBO rentals in the pass and they were 100% better?? It was more like coming to the owner’s house and visiting her? She had all her things there like a regular house? There was a very disturbing smell there all threw my stay? Beds were hard?! It just was not what I expected from the pix on VRBO, the price of the house was not worth it? It was overpriced for what u got?? I was disappointed? Just the amount you paid for the house, I thought it would be better?? Did not think there would have been a smell that lingered all threw the stay?? The plus was the quiet and beautiful neighborhood!!

Nice family get away!

Our visit was during record breaking heat, so the pool was our best friend! We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and just relaxing in the perfect size pool for our family. The house was clean and stayed cool throughout our stay. Lesa was very responsive to our questions during our stay. Would highly recommend her home for a family vacation where you want to just relax and hang out by the pool!

Perfect pool-house getaway

We loved staying here! We went for a week in early April with our three kids. This is the perfect house for a quiet family getaway. The house is clean and well appointed. Lesa, the owner, is always available on text and was attentive and gracious. We paid for pool heating and it was definitely worth it! The kids pretty much spent the entire week swimming. We grilled multiple times and enjoyed evenings by the fire pit. We didn’t venture out much as this was during Covid but the golf community it’s in is very central and has easy access to everything in Indio. There’s a nice Ralph’s nearby, and be sure to grab lunch at Shield’s Date Garden. This is an all-around solid rental house and we’ll definitely be back!

Covid Getaway

The property looked just like the pictures, it was bigger than expected. The outdoor area was great, the pool was perfect for a hot weekend. The house was equipped with everything you would need, even had plenty of pool floats and towels. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it fit us perfectly. The owner went way above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Getaway Place!

The house is beautiful and large with great decor! We enjoyed the very comfy furniture during the hot hours of the day and played until late in the nice pool. Some might say it is small but for us was just perfect. And more importantly it was a breeze and so easy to do business with the owner Lesa. She was very helpful through out the entire process. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Place!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Lesa’s place. The house was clean, well maintained, and there was plenty of room for eight of us. The pool and backyard was a perfect size and there was a nice selection of pool floats to choose from. Communication with Lesa was quick and she constantly made sure everything was going smoothly. The check in instructions were simple and easy, and we didn’t have any trouble locating the house within the gated community. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Beautiful home and outdoor area for a nice relaxing mini vacay

We had a wonderful time, the house was exactly as pictured, clean, beautifully decorated, great pool(loved the umbrella in the pool), fabulous outdoor setting with oversized furniture. There was a great fire pit too, but too hot to use it. Our dog loved running around the backyard and chasing his tennis balls. We highly recommend the peaceful setting. Communication with property owner was great too, quick responses and very nice! Thank you Lesa!

Quiet Getaway in Indio

My wife and I really enjoyed this house. The pool is awesome, and it’s in a really nice quiet neighborhood. The dogs enjoyed lounging around out back and it’s a short bike ride to old town La Quinta area. Would definitely book this house again.
