- Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time. Please refer to the guest manual for further information.
- Please be aware of wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but please be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

- A rod iron pool fence w/gate can be requested through concierge. Request requires at least one week in advance to confirm availability with local vendor. Guests should budget approximately $850, depending on pool size and logistics.

We loved staying here, the house was a good size for our 2 families, they even had a high chair ready for our toddler. Big yard for our pups to run around. The pool was clean and great size to play. Only thing that would improve the stay is more shade options for around the pool

Perfect Property for a Family Trip

We had a great stay at this property for our quick trip to the desert. The backyard was the highlight and our family loved the pool and grass area. The property managers were very responsive with the minor issues and questions we had.

Fantastic stay at Painted Sands

Really great property for a relaxing stay in Palm Springs. Located in Bermuda Dunes it’s fairly close to everything. Pool and Spa needed a bit of a kick start but worked flawlessly through our stay. Avant- staff were extremely quick and helpful, especially Jacob! Would stay again in a heartbeat!! 👍👍.

The house was clean and wonderful! One of the mattresses in a bedroom was very worn out so the couple in there wasn’t super comfortable but honestly everything else was amazing! A few mornings yard workers came which we didn’t know would happen but it wasn’t a big deal. Wonderful pool and location! Would stay here again!

The home was perfect for us. The kitchen had plenty of glasses and dishes. Could have used a couple good frying pans. Coffee was provided, along with paper towels, soaps & toilet paper for our 2 weeks stay. Good location. It was within walking distance to the grocery store. We would definitely consider booking this home again.

Golf get away

My husband and I stayed at this property for five nights, and it was splendid. It was exactly as it was pictured, and check in and check out was easy. The location was very convenient and the backyard was beautiful and private. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes and linens. The management company was very responsive and answered questions I had promptly.

This property was clean, well stocked, and a few lovely extras, such as premium soaps and shampoos, coffee pods, and the yard is full of birds, massive palms, a wonderful pool/spa/hot tub, and fruit trees Beds were comfy, great kitchen, gas fireplace and the shuffle board table made for many great family matches! Two kitchen cabinet doors fell offf the cabinet when we first arrived. Couch and bars stools very uncomfortable, as well as the master bed. Window blinds fell off,12 of them. Couldn’t make jacuzzi work, and no major networks to watch sports on with some kind of streaming process. No notice as when yard maintance people and pool people come, they just walk in the back yard. One outside lounge broken,, several outside yard lights on trees not working.

Annual Golf Vacation

We had 4 dudes in this house and enjoyed it very much. The house was clean and in good working order. The hot tub is great but if you want to swim you will need to pay the extra to get the heater turn on. The pool is very cold with out heat. Not a lot of cooking pans and or utensils. The plumbing in the kitchen went bad but they repaired it when we brought it to their attention. Overall, we would recommend this place.

Great Location and Yard

We just spent 8 nights here. Let’s start with the pros: the yard is great as is the location, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the water is hot in showers, linens are nice, ac is great, bath supplies are nice, kitchen knives sharp, washer dryer work great, use of garage helpful and it has a hot tub. As for the cons: all beds are really firm, Wi-Fi not great in bedrooms, shower water pressure is poor- better in guest shower, primary bed is very low to ground, no serving utensils in kitchen, blinds in main area are falling apart, yard furniture is worn out and stained, no kitchen trash bags provided, low stock of TP and it is 1 ply and living room couch is super uncomfortable. The guest room is much cooler than primary bedroom but doesn’t have a tv. Heads up the hot tub takes hours to heat so plan ahead.

Painted Sand Coachella

Nice Stay. Extremely quiet neighborhood. Yard is quite large, pool was good size. Pool guy came twice while we were using the yard Tue & Fri & 8A, no big deal. Found others complaints regarding supplies exaggerated, there were enough kitchen supplies to handle basics, otherwise bring a favorite pan. Kitchen does have a Kuerig, we were told different by mgmt team, no biggie. Comment about the vert blinds in living room is valid, so many panels are missing they’re pointless. Master bed is low to the ground but comfy, no biggie there either. Plenty of linens and pool towels. I’d never dealt with the mgmt company AvantStay, they were responsive to inquiries and questions typically within the hour. Good stay.

Very clean home and mid-stay cleaning was superb! Yard, pool and spa were great. The grandkids loved the lemon and grapefruit trees - made lemonade and memories! The host, Adam, from AvantStay was great to work with. He addressed every minor issue promptly. This is a good home for vacation with family and friends.
