What makes this Apartment unique
The sunsets are most beautiful. It appears to be different each night, colors seem to change all the time. I'm always looking for that mysterious, elusive green flash that sometimes is seen during the last seconds as the sun sets on the horizon. Don't blink!!

Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
