House completely restored since 2015.
Located in a very quiet area, in the heart of the village.
Garden without opposite with nice view.
Fully decorated and inhabited by the owners on weekends off holidays.
Comfort .
Very comfortable stay with sofas, television and opened on fully equipped kitchen:

         __ Cooker "piano" with oven.
         __ Microwave .
         __ Fridge freezer.
         __ Normal coffee + Nespresso.
         __ Toaster etc .....
2 shower rooms, one on the ground floor with W. C, the other on the first floor with W. C separated.

3 rooms very nice and very bright.
Possibility to accommodate up to 8 people
          __ Two on the 1 ° floor with a large bed of 140 cm each.
          __ One on the 2nd floor with a double bed of 140 cm and 2 extra beds of one person.

Easy parking.

In the service, sheets are provided.
At 3 kms a supermarket and a discount, plus various shops and banks.
Monpazier 20 kms, Sarlat to 45 kms, Les Eyzies to 45 kms, Lascaux IV to 60 kms. Canoe trips to 20 kms.
Golf at 8 kms. More all the castles of the valley of the Dordogne and the vineyards of Bergerac all close.
