SeaGem-Oceanview! Last min disc! Many Upgrades New Reno

Fun, fresh, and full of style—this oceanview condo is your perfect Hilton Head escape! Recently remodeled with a sleek kitchen featuring full-size stainless appliances and granite counters. Enjoy a bright open living space with a queen sleeper sofa and large smart TV, plus a comfy queen bed and second TV in the bedroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Just steps to the beach with WiFi, cable, and everything you need to relax and recharge!





Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.





Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.





As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!





Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The unit was great - everything you needed in a cute little package. The location was the real win - this is close to everything and made walking to shops and restaurants easy. The beach was pristine and easy access from the condo. I would love to come back again and again.
