This condo is a large 2 Bdrm, 2.5 Bath (1250 square feet) with a keyless entry and a 6 person max including children of all ages. From the 2 car private garage (height 7 feet), you walk down one floor to the private entrance. The condo is 2 levels once inside. The entrance floor includes the kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining area, living room, and a balcony with a propane barbeque (propane is provided). There is 30 feet of glass along the front providing a huge woods view facing down toward Canyon Lodge. Living area amenities include in room WIFI, a Smart TV, and a woodburning fireplace. Wood is stored in the garage. The bedrooms and full baths are downstairs 1 floor from the living area.
This condo has ski in / ski out access to Canyon Lodge during the winter months. Intermediate ski/riding ability is required. The ski trails are groomed by Mammoth Mountain
During summer months, enjoy single track mountain bike and hiking trails right from the property. A bike pass is required from 9 am til 6 pm to use these trails
Common Area Amenities include a Year Round Indoor Spa and a Seasonal Outdoor Pool with a fantastic view (typically open from late May through mid September, and a Small Universal Gym and Central Laundry Room

The condo was in a great location. Ski-in and ski-out, it was ideal. If you wanted to go to Eagle or Canyon, it is a straight shot.
When there was an issue with the hot water mgt. was on it and fixed ASAP.
The listing said it was good for 8 people but 6 people is pushing it. The beds in the master and 2nd room were super comfortable. But 2 people max in each room.
It is clean but needs a facelift. Minus the kitchen, there is carpet throughout the condo, including the bathrooms. Between the carpet and the appliances, the condo has a very 1970's feel.
If anyone is sleeping on the pull-out sofa in the den, make sure it's a deep sleeper. You can hear everything from the condo above. It's really loud at all times.
Parking is nice with the garage.

Great location...just be aware of possible issues
We really wanted to LOVE this property. It's in the best location possible (short walk to ski-in/ski-out trail), the views from every room are spectacular, it provides the basic necessities (including, hand soap/lotion in bathrooms & salt/pepper in kitchen which was a nice extra), entry is convenient to allow kids to come and go as they please, lots of extra pillows/blankets, the heat worked and it had a cozy cabin feel. It really did check all the boxes.
But if you want extra critical feedback here are the things that really prevented me from giving this location 5 stars.
-Listing showed 1 queen pull out & 2 king beds. In reality it had the pull out and 1 king/1 queen.
-Couch pull out was so uncomfortable the kids slept on the sofa directly, not the pull out bed. It was actually missing springs.
-The carpet in the bathrooms weren't the greatest and were constantly wet.
-MOST IMPORTANTLY, communication with property manager is poor. We didn't hear anything from payment to literally 24-hrs before check-in. Meaning 3:00ish the day before which caused anxiety as we were traveling. We also had some things that needed to be addressed while there. They were taken care of in a very timely manner, but we never received confirmation that the text was received. The maintenance guy just showed up. They promised a rate reduction for the listing being wrong (king vs queen) and weeks out with follow-ups, we still haven't heard back.
