Apt 1 Close to everything block from loiza street


The whole Apartment with 2 rooms! We left the original tiles from 1940 but refreshed the kitchen and the bathrooms are new. All the rooms have A/C, the living room have a TV and additional couch/bed for 2 extra guests. Ideal for a small families or a group. The apartment is a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, supermarket and stores. Very close to Loíza Street! 7 minutes from the airport

Do to the energy problem of the island the guests has to switch off the A/C when they are not present in the apartment.
