Fabulous stay and wonderfully kind hospitality. We were provided with local directions and given ideas for entertainment. We enjoyed touring the coastline due to great location and easy access to the 5. Pristine environment with all the amenities listed and many additional items to make for an extremely comfortable vacation. Five star condo met all of our requirements with delight.

Great property in great location

This property is outstanding in every way…..clean comfortable place in a near perfect location. A variety of excellent eating spots and sightseeing features are near by. The host was very attentive, helpful and accommodating. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Great property, great host!

We rented this wonderful place for my father in law and we are very happy with our decision. Our host has been amazing since our first interaction and she is always very responsive. Lovely, well stocked condo with a wonderful host

Definitely recommend this condo. My husband and I stayed for six weeks and and loved it. It’s immaculate, bright and lovely, and very well stocked. Hermine and Danny were gracious and very responsive when we had any questions. Plan to return in the future.

Hermine was an absolute lovely host. She was very thoughtful and added personal touches to her home. The home itself is in the best location. You never have to use a car!! You can walk or bike to Balboa Island, the back bay, Fashion Island or Corona del Mar. We also really enjoyed the two pools, hot tubs and work out rooms. Also, the position of her condo allows for wonderful breezes.

Perfectly located Spacious Oasis

The Condo is so spacious that it allowed both my husband and I to work remotely without disturbing each other. We enjoyed being able to walk to Balboa Island restaurants and shops, take long runs and bike ride along the Back Bay Trail, workout at the gym and sit by the pool. So close to the beach, Fashion Island and to grocery and other retail spots that we didn't have to venture far for anything. Comfy linens and plentiful towels - even for the beach! The kitchen has everything you need and the bathrooms and laundry room were well stocked, too. Most of all the hosts were so thoughtful and pleasant to work with that we'd definitely stay again!

Sabbatical

I spent a two-month sabbatical in the area, and the location of the property is ideal for this purpose: close to a shopping center, close to many supermarkets, close to restaurants and bars, and close to many beaches. For me, access to a swimming pool on the property, which is very attractive, was also a great boon. The apartment is very light and comfortable, has a large balcony, all the amenities that you need and is easy to keep clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful, and respond quickly to queries and requests. Access to cleaning service was also highly appreciated.

the best of Newport

What a wonderful time we had at Hermine's apartment. It was exactly what was described. It was very clean and spacious and the location was great for walks to Balboa Island and Back Bay. Being so close to Fashion Island was also a huge plus. We can't wait to do it again!

Wonderful location and super clean!

One of the major influences, especially in today's environment, is the cleanliness of a rental. Upon check in we felt the unit was stocked with everything we could need during our stay and the unit was very clean. The beds are comfortable and plenty of linens and towels are provided. The complex is in an incredibly convenient to all the the great places in Newport Beach like Balboa Island and Fashion Island Mall. Hermine and Danny are wonderful hosts and very helpful with anything you may need. I would definitely recommend this rental!!

My wife and I had an excellent stay at this property. The apartment is very large, clean, comfortable and has all the necessary amenities for a very pleasant stay: fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 bed/2 bathrooms, wifi, parking space etc. The complex, in which the apartment is situated, is very quiet and has 2 lovely pools and a well equipped gym. The apartment's location in Newport Beach is unrivalled - it’s a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Balboa island which has an abundance of shops and restaurants and which allows easy access to the peninsula via the ferry. Fashion island (a shopping centre with grocery store, restaurants, cinema etc) can also be easily reached within 25 minutes on foot/5 minute drive. There is also a grocery store, cafe, pharmacy etc. located at the Bayside shopping centre, a 5 minute walk away. Danny and Hermine were very helpful and friendly hosts. They welcomed us with a beautiful hamper and were readily available to answer any queries which we had during our stay. They went above the call of duty to make our transition to Southern California from Ireland as smooth as possible. We will definitely stay here again!
