About the host
Hosted by Connie Sanchez

We are two sisters who own this practical, spacious home in Blue Lake Springs community in beautiful Arnold. Our kids love coming here for winter AND summer outdoor activities. Many sweet memories already...
Why they chose this property
We looked long and hard at different locations that offered both snow in winter and sun in the summer. We were drawn to the quietness, affordability and easy access (no traffic like Tahoe) from our homes in the Bay Area.
What makes this property unique
We love the open concept but with a separate area for the kids and the long, long deck facing the sun is great for entertaining and lazy afternoons.
