Beautiful modern studio 10 min. from major hiking areas and downtown Boulder

Our studio is located in a mostly quiet neighborhood and close to a major bus line as well as to Boulder's best hiking areas like Chautauqua/the Flatirons, Flagstaff, Sanitas, NCAR and others. Downtown Boulder is a 5-10 minute drive or bus ride. The studio itself accommodates 1-2 people and is adjacent to the house. However, as the studio is its own unit, you have your own private entry, bathroom, walk-in closet, bedroom, and a small kitchenette. The latter is equipped with a sink, small fridge, microwave, electric kettle, French press, and some basic seasonings as well as dinnerware (utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, place mats). The studio was recently renovated and we make sure it is sparkling clean and cozy for our guests at all times. Its total area is 310. There is also an outdoor 3-piece table and chairs set for you to enjoy in front of the studio, surrounded by colorful plants. A word of caution is needed here though. These may get very hot during the day, so please be sure to check if they are cool enough before you use them.

Our convenient location offers access to a major bus line literally a minute away. You can take advantage of the reliable Boulder-Denver bus service to go downtown Boulder (the Skip and Dash lines), Denver, and even directly to the Denver international Airport (the latter is normally a 90 minute ride). We are about a 2-minute drive (or 10-15 minutes of walking) from a couple of shopping centers in South Boulder with grocery stores, local breweries, yoga studios, bike/running stores, restaurants, etc. NOAA/NIST is across the street from our home (5-10 min walk), and CU Boulder is within walking distance as well.

Hiking in Chautauqua and the surrounding areas is about a 5-10-minute drive from our home. There is a trail across the street from us that joins the Mesa Trail that can take you to the Flat Irons by foot (that is if you don’t mind longer hikes). Feel free to reach out with any questions.
