This quaint and perfect rental is excellent for families or groups looking for a comfortable stay. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. 1st floor has a newly renovated kitchen, dining and living space. Plenty of games and toys for kids and adults. Fireplace and a half bath. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with closet space and dressers. A linen closest and full bath. 3rd floor is a private master bedroom with a walk in closet, dresser, his/hers sinks, and a large walk in shower. Free parking within the complex. A beautiful, well maintained pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, pool key included. Wifi and television with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ available. Minutes walk from a coffee shop, finer dining and a pizzeria. Less than a mile from grocery stores, shopping, and more restaurants. 20 minutes from Boulder and 10 minutes from historic downtown Longmont.
