Imagine enjoying a peaceful stay just a 3-minute walk from the beach and 1 minute from the city centre. A perfect setting to explore the beautiful Baie de Somme with family or friends!

This 105 m² house is a real cocoon of comfort. It includes:
- 3 bedrooms, one of which is inspired by the wonderful world of Alice in Wonderland.
- 6 beds for a restful sleep and 2 bathrooms for your comfort.
- 2 welcoming lounges, equipped with Wi-Fi and everything you need for moments of relaxation (board games and DVDs).


Here's a look at what you'll find:
• Ground floor:
- Two living rooms, one with an electric fireplace, a convivial dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, and more) for home-cooked meals.
- 1 bedroom on the ground floor for people with reduced mobility, with a double bed 160x200
- 4 flat screen TVs and Blu-Ray DVD players for relaxing evenings with the family.
- Two modern shower rooms, one with a double sink and a washing machine.

• Upstairs:
- A bedroom with 4 single beds 90x200, a baby cot, and comfortable arrangements for children.
- Another bedroom with a double bed 160x200, with a baby cot and a cot bed, perfect for families.
Pillows, duvets and blankets are provided, but you can book additional comfort options according to your needs. (Bed linen and bath towels: 40€)

Upon arrival, a small welcome kit awaits you with essentials to start your stay: toilet paper, basic products, coffee and more. To stock up afterwards, take the time to discover local products at the Carrefour supermarket, 2 steps away.

Access to the ground floor is via a staircase that may seem steep to some.

We encourage you to explore Le Crotoy on foot. Paid parking spaces are available right in front of the accommodation from 1 April to 31 October. For those who prefer, there is a car park available at a rate of €3 per day 850 metres away, on the Route de Rue. It is also possible to obtain a day parking card for €6 on request.

Upon arrival, a flat rate of €85 will be required for end-of-stay cleaning, ensuring a clean and welcoming space for future guests.
However, even with this service, you are expected to put the "Perle de Sel" house in order before your departure. This includes tidying up the premises, unpacking bed linen to be placed in laundry baskets, dishes to be washed, dried and tidy, the refrigerator to be emptied, as well as closing and removing rubbish bins in the yard.

We kindly ask you to leave the house in the condition in which you would like it to be found. The cleaning team will take care of the complete cleaning after your departure.

Practical tip: We recommend that you take the time necessary to carry out this repair, as an additional 50€ could be charged in the event of non-compliance with this clause.

For your comfort, we provide bath mats, two kitchen towels and cloths. However, you will need to bring your own duvet covers (2 of 220x240 cm and 4 of 140x200 cm), mattress covers (2 of 160x200 cm and 4 of 90x200 cm) as well as 10 pillowcases.

The house is perfectly suitable for children and babies, with available: a baby bath, two swimming chairs, a changing mat, a baby cot, a nursery bed at ground level, a travel cot with an extra mattress for your child's comfort, as well as a mattress cover. A high chair, a booster seat, games for toddlers, children's games, two potties, a toilet reducer, books, board games and cubes are also available.

In addition, an Xbox 360 game console and a variety of games are available for entertainment.

- Early check-in is possible (from 1 p.m.) for an additional fee: 30€
- A late check-out is possible (until 1 pm) for an additional fee: 30€

Finally, please note that during the summer of 2026, stays will be for a minimum of 3 nights, from July 3 to the end of August.
