Grill the perfect beach meal on the outdoor grill while your kids splash in the family-friendly pool in a fenced-in yard. Enjoy the ultimate entertaining/dining area in the sun room, equipped with a mini-fridge for cold drinks and extra sink, that looks out over the pool.
