Three bedroom home with bonus detached game room / one bedroom. The main house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
Master - King bed
Front bedroom - Queen bed - this room has a desk so can be used as an office
Third bedroom - Queen bed, and trundle (two twins)
Bonus detached unit has a twin bed and full bathroom. Can be used as a video or game room (Xbox1 included).
Walk to Carlsbad Village for restaurants and shopping. If you prefer to dine in, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up some culinary delights. Outdoor gas grill provided. There are two dining tables inside (one oversized) and a large outdoor dining table to seat everyone comfortably.
Also included - various boogie boards, a highchair, stroller and pack and play.
