You and your family will have a wonderful and relaxing vacation in this spacious Contemporary Design 2 Story Mountain home nestled on a very nice private wooded lot. Located close walking distance to the Main Outdoor Pool/Marina/Fishing Pier; Very close walking distance to the Trout Stream; walking distance to Trout Pond and Judges Pond-Beach. This home features a unique floor plan with generous sized living space on 2 levels, Updated Kitchen with Stainless/Granite, 2 Fireplaces, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths, 2 Decks, Home Office, and a screened in porch.

The 1st floor of this house has a large, open Family room with gas fireplace flanked with black marble accents, Hardwood floors, Samsung Flat Screen TV with ROKU media streaming player, Nintendo Wii, Sony PlayStation-3 video game (family-oriented games) and 150 watt per channel sound system. Master Bedroom Suite with king size bed and private, luxurious, 4-piece en suite bath with Jetted Soaking tub. The first floor also includes: Home office with built-in desk and bookcases, 2nd Bedroom with Twin over Full bunk bed, 2nd full Bathroom and full-size laundry room.

Upstairs, the recently updated kitchen with New Granite Counter tops and Stainless Appliances opens up to the Sun-drenched Great room. The Great room with soaring cathedral ceiling provides ample space for family enjoyment with 2nd Gas fireplace as well as dining space for the entire family. The High-Definition TV with Firestick Media streaming player, Sony Blu-ray, DVD/VCR player is situated adjacent to the 2nd Gas Fireplace. The 2nd floor deck, equipped with Gas grill, is near the kitchen and is an especially nice place to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee. Convenient access to the Screened in Porch with wonderful woodland views also provides an outdoor dining area. This floor also includes 3rd Full Bathroom, and which is adjacent to the 2nd Master bedroom with Amish built King size bed and restored Antique Dresser.

Located in the Lake Naomi community on PA Route 940; The house is equidistant from the area's favorite ski and summer activity spots: 15 minutes to Jack Frost, Big Boulder, and 10 minutes to Aquatopia Indoor water park & Camelback Ski Area/CamelBeach Summer Water Park, 12 minutes to The Great Wolf Lodge and The Crossings Premium outlet shopping mall and the new Mount Airy Casio and less than 10 minutes to Kalahari Indoor water Park-Resort. Short drive to the following Pennsylvania State Parks: Big Pocono, Tobyhanna, Gouldsboro, Hickory Run.

Lake Naomi has a 24 hour medically trained Ranger Patrol equipped with automatic defibrillators.

Take a walk and enjoy quiet roads and nature. Summers are amazing with a full calendar of activities for adults and children, including kids club and creative Pre-teen programs as well as social activities for teenagers.

This beautiful home, surrounded by trees, was a perfect place to get away for our anniversary. The descriptions were accurate and exceeded our expectations. The screened porch on the second level was serene and surrounded by lovely color changing leaves. We wish we could have stayed longer!! This home was so spacious that we would love to bring our children sometime! The downstairs king was very comfortable. Although it drizzled rain the days that we were there, it looks like there are many things to do in the area for sure!! Communication with the owner was quickly answered. Thank you Mary and Greg for allowing us to stay at your beautiful tree house!

Treehouse & Resort - All in One

Home has plenty of space, charm and treehouse feel. Favorite place is on the screened porch, no lake views but a wonderful vibe being among the trees. Resort is well staffed and kept very clean with many options to explore from several pools to tennis and indoor facility. The cost ($425 per week) to value is questionable, so be aware that is steep so I would encourage larger parties to take advantage as not all of our group used full amenities. Treehouse location is definitely a plus as it is within walking distance to the main pool. Bring bikes for kids and a beach cart or roller bag for your walk. Few different living room, hangout areas provided for separate space if needed.

Nice home, great location

This was a very nice home with great flow and space for families. My kids enjoyed the downstairs space to hang out and play games. The upstairs open layout was great too. The best part of all was relaxing and eating family dinners out in the the screened porch. The owner was fantastic with communication and the house was well equipped.

Perfect Stay!

The house was exactly as described. Spacious livingroom upstairs and screened in porch. It was perfect for my walking 13 month old. The stairs are steep, so we blocked them with chairs and made it work. Really clean house and surrounding property. Will definitely stay again!

Winter wonderland

We had a great time at winding hill and it was unfortunate there was a winter storm coming thru so we couldn’t enjoy a longer stay ! The house was exactly as described and I would like to say that I really appreciated the quality of the beds ( it’s was really comfy especially after a day of snowboarding with kids under 7- it was a relief to fall into deep slumber easily ) . If we had a longer stay would have liked to explore the neighborhood and open to staying again!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation staying in the property. We enjoyed the house, its close location to all Lake Naomi amenities, and the surrounding area and the activities available. We participated in white water rafting, zip lining, UTV, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming at the pool, volleyball and even some ping pong and pool at the community center. A great place for anyone who loves the outdoors!

Treehouse living is awesome!

Great family trip

My family and I, including three children ages 3-9, had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, in great condition and plenty of space to watch movies, do puzzles, play games or take a nap. Personally, I enjoyed reading by the fireplace ever morning and night. The location is close to a lot of hiking and options for eating. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful cozy getaway!

This is the first trip to the Poconos my family has taken and just driving up to the property made our hearts melt. The property is nestled between a ton of trees and really gives you a “treehouse” feel to it. Going up to the front door, we were greeted by an adorable bear statue and an inviting front porch with a small rock pond to the right . The first floor is a bit blocky, but it actually works perfect for giving the 2 downstairs bedrooms their own “private” spaces, which we greatly appreciated when we wanted some quiet time from the kids. The downstairs family room was great for the kids to play video games and watch tv. The master bedroom downstairs was very nice with a crazy-comfortable king size bed that seemed so much larger than it was and a bathroom so large and bright that I could have just stayed in there the entire trip, completely content with the jacuzzi tub, large shower and beautiful view from the windows! There was also a very elegant office downstairs which unfortunately, but thankfully none of us needed to use on our work-free getaway with a beautiful desk and view. Also on the first floor was another bathroom and laundry room which was extremely convenient. On the second floor, upon reaching the top of the stairs, we were immediately “wowed” by the openness of the area and very functional kitchen that was a joy to cook in. There was a perfect family sized wooden table with comfortable seating in the dining area and two extra soft, sleep all day in couches that you really had to struggle to leave while finishing watching a movie on the good sized t.v. The windows and cathedral ceilings in this floor were breathtaking and every morning when I woke and walked up the stairs to make coffee, the light from the morning sun always took my breath away as it cascaded through the space. If all this wasn’t enough, there still was another master sized bedroom and huge bed with a bathroom next to it and a completely enclosed large porch to dine on (or read on) while overlooking the wooded area around you. We saw numerous deer and birds and there is a cute stream flowing 2 min walking distance away that the kids and I loved to visit. Lake Naomi is a beautiful lake and is also just a short walk away. There are hidden trails and many roads to venture down all around and the people living in the area were all super friendly. The owner is a great, fast communicator and we can’t wait to come back in the Fall!

Wonderful

The property was great- plenty of room for our group to enjoy! Great area for the kids to watch tv or play games and a quiet area for remote school and work. We can’t say enough about the property or the owners! We are already planning our next trip!
