Pocono Mountains Lake Naomi - Pocono Pines, PA renovated luxury design house

This beautiful newly renovated house is perfect for a large family or 2 families to bond and enjoy precious time together. Relax and grill at the deck or enjoy roasting s'mores or playing corn hole by the fire pit. The house has an open concept layout inviting family and friends to gather. On the first floor there is a gourmet kitchen open to dining area and living room with a gas fireplace. A smart TV for you to stream your favorite movie on top of the fireplace. Board games with something fun for every age and a game room with fuzzball, air hockey table with ping pong, pac man arcade, tic tac toe and darts. A full bathroom with shower is located on the first floor. The garage has a 8 feet pool table. All 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite has an en suite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub and a 65" tv. The other bedrooms have access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has 2 twin size bunk beds and the kids play bedroom has 1 queen size bed and a bunk bed with a trundle (3 twin beds). New Tobyhanna ordinance only allows max of 8 people at the house (2 people per bedroom) plus 2.

The house is located on a cul-de-sac on an acre of land. There is a fire pit outside the deck where you can roast s'mores, sip a glass of wine, play a game of corn hole or simply relax in the hammocks. The home is less than two hours from Philadelphia and NYC with easy access from major highways. It is situated close to a few major ski areas: Camelback, Jack Frost, Big Boulder and water parks: Kalahari is 10 min away.

Lake Naomi Club is a premiere lake community located in the Pocono Mountains in Northeastern Pennsylvania. At the heart of this platinum club community is a 277-acre lake with non-motorized boating, fishing, swimming and sailing. Lake Naomi Club offers guests the opportunity to purchase temporary memberships that gives access to multiple beaches, club house, two outdoor and one indoor pool, tennis and golf , as well as a premier community center making it a four season destination. The temporary membership is required to access the Lake Naomi amenities but not required to rent the home , meaning you can rent without purchasing the membership if you aren’t interested in utilizing the amenities during your stay. If you are renting the house because of the amenities please check that there are available temporary memberships directly with Lake Naomi. HOUSE RENTAL IS SEPARATE FROM THE CLUB AMENITIES. We are giving priority to those renting the house for 1 or 2 weeks in the summer to get the temporary membership. Please check before booking whether there are available TM. We offer TM only for the summer season. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO USE THE LAKE, BEACHES, SWIMMING POOLS, GOLF COURSE AND TENNIS COURTS AT LAKE NAOMI YOU ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP PURCHASED DIRECTLY WITH LAKE NAOMI. ***Quiet hours start at 10pm. ***Fireworks are strictly prohibited and carry a $500 fine by the community
***Blink and ADT cameras are installed outside the house, with no vision inside. ADT security system is installed but will be turned off during your stay.
***We allow dogs. Max of 2 dogs and max 50 pounds per dog. We charge $30 per day if you are bringing a dog.
*** Dogs must be on a short leash when outside the home. Community enforces leash.
***Please observe the 25MPH speed limit within the community. People walk, bike, run on the sides of the road and especially during the busy summer season when kids are walking to the beaches, clubs. Tobyhanna township STR permit # 012936.
