Couldn't say enough great things about this property. From the beautiful location right on the water, plenty of activities and games for the kids to enjoy, to the thoughtful welcome gifts, and excellent communication from the hosts. This is a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be coming back.

We had a great stay at Patricia’s lake house with our children (ages 4 and 7) and parents. The house was very well stocked (like visiting a family lake house) and everything was as described. The set up was great for our family with three bedrooms and a den downstairs where you walk in and a king bedroom across from a bunk room upstairs. We especially enjoyed all of the board games, swimming in the lake, and moving to the hot tub in the cooler evenings. The sandy beach was especially good for young children and situated on a shallow part of the lake where we didn’t have to worry about the kids falling off the dock into deep water. We also enjoyed kayaking to the swimming beach that has a floating dock and a snack bar for treats. Extra touches like a s’more kit and bottle of wine were much appreciated. We hope to be back in the future!

Our family had an amazing time. There are so many things to do at the house. The owners have thought of everything. Their communication was the best of any rental I’ve ever had. My whole family enjoyed every second. We would definitely go back and stay again.

Fabulous lakeside property

Everything was A about this home. The kitchen was equipped with everything I have at home.Never had a WiFi issue and only was 1 1/2 hours from my home. Loved fishing off the dock everyday and all my guests loved the water sports available.

This was our third or fourth time at this home, but first time with new owners. We are so very appreciative of the ease of communication, as well as the newly included amenities.The check in process was much easier than previous years and the added amenities made the vacation a hit with the kids.

Relaxing Lake House

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this lake house. The location is very private with great views of the surrounding woods and lake. It is so quiet and relaxing! The house was clean with well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. It was a great place to bring small children with shared books, toys, and a baby gate at the top of the stairs. We enjoyed the assortment of provided boats on the lake, fishing off the dock, the playground on the property, relaxing in the hot tub and around the fire pit. There is also a larger community playground with beach/swimming area within just a few minutes walking distance. The rental process was easy and the rental description accurate. The host was responsive and made us feel welcome with personal touches. Would highly recommend this vacation house!

When we knew you had 2 young ones as part of the group we wanted to ensure it was comfortable for them (and the adults!) by making available age appropriate toys, pack and play sleeping arrangements and also ensure you had access to a safety gate if you determined it would be useful. Although it has been many years ago, we have past experience traveling with toddlers and know that although it is wonderful, it can be a bit of a challenge. Very happy you were also able to use many of the fun amenities such as boating, enjoying the use of the fire pit and the hot tub and even got in some fishing!!. You've been wonderful to work with throughout the booking process. If you decide to stay in the Pocono Lake area again, we would be most pleased to welcome you back. The Best Lake House in the Poconos!

This home and its setting are truly outstanding! I was traveling with my teens/tweens and we had the best long weekend. The house has something for everyone, it was incredibly CLEAN, updated and well cared for. The owner was a joy to communicate with and check-in was super easy. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING a guest would need to make their stay comfortable, and then some! Too many things to list, but I especially loved the Keurig setup, desk in the family room, games, fully stocked kitchen, brand new Weber grill, comfy throw blankets, first aid kit... it goes on and on! You can tell the owners want their guests to have a great stay, and you can tell they CARE. The house itself is truly stunning – the photos do not do it justice. The views from the deck can't be beat. The kitchen is a dream. Comfy beds and linens. Outside, we enjoyed the hot tub, the very private setting, fires in the fire pit. The lake is gorgeous and a true retreat. The owners have recently upgraded the beach and it was beautiful with fresh, soft, white sand. There is a boat house by the water with chairs, toys, life jackets, rafts – you name it. The boys took the canoe & kayak out to fish and loved it! They also fished off the dock with success. We saw plenty of creatures – bald eagle, frogs, tad poles, deer, ducks... I loved that this lake is electric motors – quiet! Another plus is that the community beach is 1/4 mile down the road. Book this home, you will be thrilled you did!

This is our second stay at the lake house and we were not disappointed. The house is very clean, well equipped and feels like a home. Great place for families with small children. Plenty of entertainment with boating, fishing, nearby beaches, playground and indoor toys. Wonderfully private and peaceful. Highly recommend!
