Contemporary house of neo-Basque architecture, dominant view, terraces facing south, swimming pool, plancha, table tennis, billiards, wifi, TV in the living room and the master suite, exceptional comfort and design. 15 minutes from the beaches of Biarritz and Anglet, golf courses and riding schools, 10 minutes from the tourist town of Bayonne and Espelette, 5 minutes from the tennis courts and shops, close to Spain and the Landes. Land of 2000 m2, absolute calm, ideal for recharging one's batteries and shining throughout the Basque country. At your disposal a list of activities, entertainment, bars, restaurants, nearby.

Household and bed linen provided, garden maintenance, indoor and outdoor departure cleaning, as well as entry and exit inventory not included in the price: € 250 extra.

Deposit of 2000 € to be deposited on the day of arrival, not cashed during the stay.

Nous avons adoré cette grande et belle villa située dans un environnement au calme, très verdoyant, avec sa belle piscine exposée plein sud. Mr Bèa nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux avec un "bouquet" de chocolat de Bayonne, apprécié par petit et grands.Nous avons pu profiter de tous les espaces de la villa, le très grand séjour cathédral, le grand coin plancha -apéritif extérieur aéré par la brise bienvenue pendant les chaleurs.Le spectacle depuis la terrasse est bucolique à souhait, avec le vol régulier des hirondelles et des aigrettes et la visite d'une chevrette dans les hautes herbes.Les bains de la piscine ont duré jusqu'à la nuit quand le ciel étoilé, sans véritable pollution lumineuse, a permis de belle séances d'astrophotographie.Nous avons bien sûr pu visiter cette belle région que nous aimons, d'autant que la villa est bien desservie par un accès à l'autoroute. Ajouté à cela que nous avons pu profiter d'une sympathique journée aux Fêtes de Bayonne, c'est dire que nous avons passé une quinzaine de vacances très réussie.

Des vacances de Noël fantastiques

Nous avons passé neuf jours merveilleux à Noël. Le service de Marin a été de premier ordre, elle a toujours été à notre écoute et a répondu rapidement à nos questions. Quant à la maison, elle est parfaite à notre goût. Environnement très calme, bien situé par rapport aux zones d'intérêt à visiter et très confortable. La nuit, nous pouvions voir les étoiles depuis notre lit, le matin, nous pouvions entendre les oiseaux et la chaleur de la cheminée a rendu notre séjour très agréable.

Idéalement située, non loin de l'autoroute pour Bayonne et l'Espagne, et dans un écrin de verdure. Vue sur un vallon boisé, sans vis a vis, au milieu des oiseaux.

Maison très bien située dans le pays basque. Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible pour toutes les questions avec un suivi durant le séjour. Maison très bien équipée et facile d'utilisation. Grand parking et proche des commerces.

Séjour très agréable en famille dans cette très belle propriété, grande piscine et grands espaces, espace détente billard très appréciable. Très bon souvenir pour nos ados et nous dans une très belle région. Propriétaire prévenant et très agréable. Toutes nos recommandations.

Séjour agréable dans cette belle région mais détails de la location à améliorer

Nous avons globalement apprécié notre séjour à Mouguerre dans cette jolie maison neo-basque. Par contre, l'état de propreté n'était pas satisfaisant. La remise n'a pas pu être faite par le propriétaire absent ce jour-là et il nous a manqué de nombreuses informations importantes sur le fonctionnement des installations. Mais, joint par téléphone, le propriétaire a répondu à nos questions par la suite. Suggestion confort: installer un parasol à l'étage de la piscine pour profiter des transats + coussins sur les transats en bois.

Vacances au calme au cœur d’une belle region

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à Mouguerre. La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter tout le pays Basque en passant par l’intérieur, la mer, la montagne et l’Espagne. La piscine est idéale pour les enfants et parents et le quartier est très calme. Maison très agréable, lumineuse et fonctionnelle. En bref une Très bonne semaine avec du beau temps dans une région dans laquelle nous reviendrons c’est sûr! Merci aux aimables propriétaires pour leur accueil et leurs bons conseils.

Une superbe maison où règne un atmosphère de sérénité et de calme . Une maison très belle , agréable , fonctionnelle , simple , très bien aménagé , dans un cadre magnifique au sein de paysages très beaux ! A deux pas de bayonne , Biarritz , a une encablure de san sebastien c est en endroit parfait , chic , élégant à découvrir !!! On ne peut que le recommander

Magnífica experiencia en el sur de Francia

Hemos pasado una maravillosa semana en la casa de Marin y Laurence. La casa como bien se puede observar en las fotos tiene un diseño moderno y está decorada con muy buen gusto, puedo decir que incluso mejora al natural con un entorno agradable, muy tranquilo y unas bonitas vistas. La atención de Marin fue muy buena y recomendaría completamente el alquiler de esta casa. Roberto
