Towels and bed linens supplied, internet and cable TV included. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has two queen size beds. One car parking in private spot, possible second car parking in visitor based on first come first served. Air conditioning during the summer and gas fireplace during the winter.
Townhome is situated in the heart of Collingwood near the Cranberry Inn and Golf Club. Approximately 1.5 hours north of Toronto. The back of the unit has a balcony facing a wooded area with a bike and walk trail steps away. Its a 10minute drive to Blue Mountain, 15 minute drive to Wasaga Beach, Georgian Bay accross the street, 3 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Sporting venues within walking distance, golf, cycling, tennis, basketball and swimming(available for a fee). Monthly events in Collingwood and Blue Mountain during the summer and winter months. Skiing within 10 to 15 minute drive to Blue Mountain hills and Craigleith Ski Club. Scandinave Spa is a 6 minute drive away and the Georgian Spa is within a 10 minute walk. Cranberry Golf is a 10 minute walk away, Monterra Golf is 3 minute drive, OslerBrook Golf and Country Club is 10 minute drive, and many other golf courses 10 to 15 minute drive from unit.

Our family has been visiting Collingwood for approximately 12 years. We love our second home and have many wonderful memories in and around the area. The area is great for families and couples.
Why they chose this property
Be it skiing at Blue Mountain or spending the day at Le Scandinave perhaps even taking a long bike ride on the Georgian Trail, there's plenty to do in the area. Our townhome is in the center of it all, within 5-10 minutes drive to a number of amenities. Downtown Collingwood has its share of wonderful restaurants, resorts, hiking and other adventurous opportunities.
What makes this property unique
This property is extremely accessible. 5 minutes from downtown Collingwood and 5 minutes from Blue Mountain, it is very convenient to access all the fun things to do in the area. The property is extremely private with forested area in the back that has a walking biking trail through it.
The interior has been recently renovated and is fully furnished. The basement is empty to allow for air-mattress or storage of light equipment. The basement is also accessible via a walk-out.
