This south facing terrace provides sun all day with incredible sea views, located in the best part of Marbella beach promenade . This marvellous modern and cozy apartment is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation. It is close to all amenities and restaurants as it in the center, where you get the sense of both beach life and urban life.

An amazing 2-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms apartment (60m2+15m2 Terrace) located in 3floor, with loads of light, refurbished, modern style, south facing sunny terrace with panoramic view to the sea and the boat port of Marbella (AAA location). building has direct access to the promenade, Ideally located for beach lovers, families and groups seeking pleasure.

Close to everything, evening entertainment, restaurants, barely 2 minutes reaching into old town and center. There is a fine selection of restaurants - Spanish and international (Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Chinese, French etc) and tapas bars along the seafront catering for all budgets. Supermarket, taxi & bus station, all amenities you need is within a short walking distance around you.

The modern style kitchen well pointed with all equipment necessary for a family holiday. Each bedroom has individual ensuite-bathroom. The colour schemes is very light with tasteful modern & cozy decoration. The terrace is wide and bends in living room where there is a outdoor dining facilities for 6 with views to the sea and port. the main bedroom has one double bed for two(150cm) & soffa bed for two(150cm), the second small bedroom with one double bed for two(150cm), there is Air conditioner and heating in all rooms. Garage space for one car in backside building (80€ per week).

**For children; high chair & cot is available for loans.
**Bed linen, towels and sheets are included.
**Final cleaning fee 60€ per stay
**Garage for one car is available.(70€ per week).
**Late checkin fee after 22;00 pm, additional 50€

The most amazing view. This apt is in the middle of everything - you can walk to so many places. Be prepared for city noise though with party revellers street cleaning etc. life in the city We were there Feb/March 2026 and the roads are being redone The beds are comfy. We rented an underground Parking space which is needed if you have a car. A little tricky but we figured it out. There were 4 of us from Canada and we had a wonderful stay -Loved the beach walk and old town.

Great Location

We were two couples visiting from Canada and absolutely enjoyed Marbella and the beach front condo. The views are spectacular and it was comfortable for two couples. The one bedroom is a bit on the smaller side and does get noise from the street below. If you are looking to walk out the front door and have abundant choice of restaurants or beach access, this is for you.

A very relaxing holiday

We are an elderly couple looking for some winter warmth. We stayed for four weeks and it was perfect. We loved the situation; it is by the beach, there are lots of restaurants within a short walk, it is close the town centre and many other resorts are within a short drive so perfect for exploring. We rented the optional parking space which was a wise move. Maria, our host, was very attentive on the few occasions that we had a problem. We are already planning our return.

Maria was just awesome. Ftiendly and very helpful with lical advice. She checked that all was ok too. Apartment is if a goid dtandard, well located, easy to access beach as well as the Old Town. Thevphotos are accurate. Balcony was a big hit. Expect evening noise but it was not disruptive for us. Would highly recommend this option. Would stay again if we returned!

Beautiful Apartment

We were very comfortable with our stay at Maria’s place. She was very cordial upon our arrival even though our flight was delayed. The apartment is very complete with all you need for a short stay. Beautiful views from the balcony. The only negative is the noise of the bar/restaurant downstairs which is open all night until the early morning hours. Luckily we use white noise to sleep and that help cover the noise. Other that that, we had a wonderful stay, and would come back again.

An Excellent place to stay

The property is exactly as it appears in the pictures and is in a perfect front-line location with the beach across the road and old town 5 minutes around the corner. The place is spacious and very tastefully decorated with modern appliances. The balcony is quite big with a table to easily sit 6 people. It is on the 3rd floor (there are two lifts) which is just above the height of most of the palm trees, but not all, and this gives a lush botanical view from the balcony. The property is directly above a really good bar/cafe called Barrocco, which is very popular. The 'main' bedroom is spacious with an ensuite and a sofa-bed. The front room is small and looks on to the balcony - it also has its own ensuite bathroom. There are sliding doors to make the front bedroom private. We absolutely loved this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Unhelpful in a crisis

The apartment was lovely, more suitable for a couple than 5 people as it’s very small and the second bedroom has no closet or any place to put your things. However, we had to leave early because of the Coronavirus. We told Maria we were leaving early and why. She has refused to provide any credit or refund because, we didn’t “cancel” we just told her we were leaving.

Excellent séjour et l'appartement un paradis pour 4

Appartement magnifique avec une vue impressionnante sur la mer qui se trouve à quelques mètres. Parfaitement équipé avec une belle terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Au pied de l'appartement, vous trouverez commerces, restaurants, bars, parking et une belle promenade le long de la mer. Cet appartement mérite un 4 étoiles . Un grand merci à Maria très attentionnée avec notamment un verre de bienvenue pour ses hôtes. Encore merci et à bientôt !!

Exactly What it says on the Tin!

Easy to use lifts so no taking luggage up stairs. A compact , really well put together apartment; well thought out and well planned. It had 2 bathrooms which is a bonus for a group of 4 girls. Nice, modern decoration with loads of storage space. The view could not be better and right in the heart of different bars and restaurants and a short walk up into Old Town Marbella

Perfect for everything

This property has been modernised to an excellent standard and is ideally placed overlooking the promenade in the centre of Marbella. Over the promenade is the beach and there are bars and restaurants all around, The lovely old town is only a 5 minute walk away. This apartment is perfect for just relaxing and watching the world go by
