NEWLY RENOVATED PRIVATE MOUNTAIN HOME WITH HOT TUB

Spacious two story, two bedroom, two bath, rustic mountain home with cozy cabin-like feel. There are two bedrooms upstairs (master- king size bed, spare- two twin beds) Sleeps 4 total. There are two living areas, a large redwood deck, a screened in porch, an upstairs balcony with beautiful views. This house is perfect for those who want to escape the city and enjoy privacy and quiet. The home is located 30-minutes from Albuquerque, one-hour from Santa Fe, 20-minutes from the Sandia Peak Ski Area, and mere minutes from the Cibola National Forest and Paa-Ko Ridge Golf Club. The small artist town of Madrid is about 25 minutes away with of shops and eateries and a pub. There are also restaurants/bars 5 or so minutes away. Please note that the downstairs area is heated with wood stove and pellet stove (both wood and pellets are provided). Upstairs has electric heat.

Everything about this lovely home is simply perfect. Located in a quiet hilltop neighborhood with gorgeous mountain views, the rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. Everything about this place is great. It’s cozy, and rural, but still close enough to Albuquerque to pop into town and visit friends or shop. It is truly adorable, and has very comfortable beds and sofas. So relaxing listening to birds in the morning or storms at night. Very clean and nicely set up. The parking pad in the back is very nice too (no walking through dirt or mud!)
