Amazing stay!

Great for families

Location was great close by nearby pools and gulf ocean beaches. Adding a golf cart would be a nice bonus. Very clean and minor issues were addressed by property owner.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay, property was a dream perfect size for our group. Our girls thought we were staying in a princesses house. Location was convenient and had easy access to the pool and beach. Wonderful communication with the property management company and only complaint is the week is over. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home / Lovely Surroundings

This property is everything we were dreaming of for our family spring break girls getaway. AbsolLoThis property is lovely in every way! The neighborhood is very peaceful and family oriented. There are plenty of local restaurants and grocery options near by. Every bed in the home is luxurious and the furnishings are exquisite. We hope to reserve this quaint property again someday!

Great House! Little far from beach.

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Right across the street from a nice community pool, just down the street from groceries and shopping. and great for biking, running or walking. Grill is hooked up to gas line and very clean. Access to Watercolor Beachclub was wonderful. I would 100% recommend renting a golf cart. Without it, I’m afraid driving to and from beach would have been a pain. There is a parking garage right by the beachclub for carts. It is very convenient. If you do decide to drive, the parking passes that the host provides allow for parking around the club if you can find a spot. Bikes were included and like brand new. We would definitely recommend this property. It was very relaxing and made for a wonderful family vacation.

Overall, fun, girlie home with beachy knick-knacks galore!

We chose this home because it was the most economical and we previously owned a home in this neighborhood. So, we knew pretty much what to expect. The house did not disappoint. Very charming and such a fun treat with the bright pinks and turquoise and jeweled shells abound! Beds were comfortable. House was overall clean (could use a thorough dusting of all of the knick-knacks) and well stocked although we did need to purchase handsoap for each sink, which was surprising wasn't present in the home especially during the pandemic. Given the fun we had, we probably wouldn't stay in the house again. Many of the shades (though were totally cute pink and white ticking stripe!) didn't function and we felt like the sun was shining brightly outside but we were stuck inside with closed window shades. And, the patio is very small and screened in. To the majority of people this is probably a good thing, but given the small size, it felt clausterphobic.

Beautiful House

Great location, shuttle to beach and pool was free and little to no wait. House was amazing and well furnished, nothing looked run down. You can tell the owners take pride in their home! Would stay here again.

Good time with family

We loved the master bed. It was so very comfortable. I sometimes have back problems with beds. Only wish it was closer to beach ...hauling the stuff is a struggle. The mgmt. is extremely nice and helpful. She sent someone out to help rid the roaches. The grill and bikes were very nice as well. And beautifully decortated!!! Loved it Thanks for asking

very special home

We were a little apprehensive at first as were were traveling with teenagers and this home is very beautiful decorated with lots of items. That said it really was fine once we got there. It actually is such a sweet home with so much charm and character. WE loved it and would return. My kids are calling it the cute pink house on summersweet lane. Great location, has everything you need, close to beach. Overall just a very nice place to enjoy a summer vacation.

So cute!!! Great location

We loved this house! It’s in such a nice spot in the crossings. There’s a beautiful pond/ Marsh area in front of the house where you can hear lots of frogs singing. Pool is close by as well as open green space. The house is decorated beautifully with lots of personal touches from the owner. We really loved sitting in the screened porch listening to the sounds of the frogs. The beds were super comfortable. The house was really clean. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this beautiful home!!

WONDERFUL - GORGEOUS

Our family just returned from staying at "Jewels" and what a jewel it is. I can not think of another place that could have been more wonderful. Our family of six ( 2 teens) loved the house, surroundings, bike , walking distance to area and just the feeling of "Haven" The kitchen is magnificent as well as all the beautiful furnishings. WOW !!!!!! Thank you for allowing us this visit. We needed it and left with lifted hearts !

Super stay!

We have just returned from an extremely enjoyable first stay in Florida's Panhandle which was a very welcome break after Orlando....what a great place to visit! We loved Watercolor and all of it's amenities, although very busy at the pool and beach because of Easter! The house is absolutely lovely! It really is a gorgeous place to stay in, very well stocked and exceptionally clean. The beds were super comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds! It was a real treat to stay in and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We didn't mind the location as it was lovely and quiet, a short drive to the Inn, various shops, Camp Kids, pools and beach. The nearby Publix is just 2 mins away, so the free bikes came in useful too! Would love to visit again!

Quiet home, very comfortable

Jewels is a very nice home with nice amenities. The bedrooms are luxurious and comfortable. Lovely outdoor area with nice view of the landscaping. We had some maintenance issues upon arrival, but the property manager came out promptly to rectify them. Loved having access to the pools in Water Color and the Beach Club. Our only reason for not giving 5 stars is the remote location of this home. It is quite far from the beach and very far from the Water Color resort. If planning for very much beach time, be prepared to drive with all your equipment - it is too far for an easy bike ride with kids.

A jewel of a jewel

Wonderful!! Jewels was a real jewel!! Most comfortable beds and bedding of any house we have ever rented at watercolor. We did rent a golf cart to go to and from beach since it was too far to ride bikes. Enjoyed the screened porch for early morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Teddy bears with adorable "jewel " tshirts for the kids. They loved them. Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach house!

Excellent stay

My family and two of our friends stayed at Jewels and had the most wonderful time! This house is a hop skip and a jump away from everything! When we would come home from the convenient stores, the beach or a day out boating it was the best feeling knowing we would come back to Jewel’s beauty and comfort. This house is great for family stays and would be happy to host a few of your friends as well. All the bedrooms have TV's and there are two living rooms so the adults can watch their program on one TV and the kids can watch their program on another or on the plush mattresses in one of four bedrooms. I and the rest of my family would defiantly recommend this lovely house to any family who would like luxury at the best price in Watercolor.
