Forever Sunshine is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway! This newer three-story home, complete with a pool and indoor elevator, is designed to enhance your vacation. Just four houses from the sand—no need to cross A1A!

On the ground floor, you'll find a private guest suite featuring a queen-sized pullout sofa, full-size refrigerator, microwave, full bathroom, and convenient access to the pool and patio.

The second floor boasts three bedrooms and two spacious porches. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a luxurious bathroom, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third offers two twin beds. Each room comes with a flat-screen TV and access to the covered patios at the front and back of the home.

On the top floor, you'll enjoy an open-plan living space with high ceilings, coastal decor, a large flat-panel TV, high-speed internet, and stunning views. This level also features a guest bedroom with a versatile trundle bed that can serve as two singles or a king-sized bed, a full bathroom, and two more covered decks.

The outdoor spaces are exceptional, with a propane grill, swimming pool, and plenty of seating to soak in the gorgeous views. And don't miss the rooftop deck—accessible via a final flight of stairs—for some of the best ocean views in St. Augustine Beach! There is ample parking on the property, even enough for your boat!

Located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, this stunning home is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops, and just a 5–10 minute drive from historic downtown St. Augustine. It truly doesn’t get better than this!

The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods:

* 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion)
* 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom
* 1 Paper Towel Roll
* 1 Bottle of Dish Soap
* 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom
* Dishwasher tabs
* Laundry Soap
* Several Kitchen Trash Bags
* New Sponge
* General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes

Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax.

National Geographic rates Saint Augustine as one of the Top Ten places in the World to see Holiday Lights. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January.
Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheatre within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.

I have to say that this was one of our best vacations. Everyone had such a wonderful time and cant wait ro go back. The house, the location, the pool, amazing. We were able to walk to most places and had fun ending our night with a few games of Yahtzee!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was well equipped with everything we needed including plenty of towels, beach towels beach toys and beach chairs. The location is wonderful one block from the ice cream shop and walkable to several restaurants. The house is only a very short walk to the beach. The pool was nice and refreshing after a day at the beach. The property manager was wonderful. She was at the house within minutes to take care of two minor issues we had. We would definitely stay here again.

2023 St Augustine Beach Thanksgiving family Reunion

This property is so clean and beautiful! We took full advantage of being so close to the beach to enjoy the spectacular sunrises! The elevator worked out great. The beautiful kitchen is so well stocked with anything you’ll need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it truly was our home away from home❤️

Yearly family Beach Trip

This place was beautiful. The only suggestions I would like to add is the outside decking could use some sprucing up and the water pressure in the showers was not great! Otherwise, it was super clean and comfy.

Ideal Spot!

Forever Sunshine is a wonderful home in an ideal location. So much room for 8 adults and 2 children. Quick walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. Wonderful to sit by the pool late afternoon! Many great spots for breakfast and lunch within walking distance! So much to do. Overall highly recommend!

Perfect Saint Augustine Beach Getaway

Great property. Short walk to beach. Easy access to other island fun - tacos, breakfast, morning, coffee, miniature golf. We lived in Saint Augustine for 12 years and moved away in 2020. Came back for a graduation celebration and my family and local friends could not have been happier. Endless Summer thank you!

The house and location were great! Plenty of room and close to everything. The only minor complaints we had were the grill was too dirty to use and one of the deadbolts was really difficult to close. Like I said though minor complaints. Everything else was lovely!

Rented this beautiful home with beautiful view of the ocean. Beach access is few steps away, share with the public, but it was not too busy for Xmas. House is 3 floors with elevator, which was amazing convenient to bring grocery and luggages upstairs. All the rooms were spacious. Multiple decks to enjoy the views. Kitchen (3rd floor) was eqipped for cooking. We brought our own condiments and spices. Although the ice maker didnt work, the lower level kichenette fridge ice was working. Most of us do not live in FL. The first thing we noticed was the smell of the water. It was pretty bad we had to use bottled water to brush our teeth with. The shower and kitchen sink were slow draining. The garage disposal did not work so we make sure we did not wash anything down the drain to clog the already slow drainage. Other than that, everything was great, we had a great time and daily fun on the beach. House had beach towels and chairs. Hose to rinse off on the side of the house. The kids want to come back every year to this house now lol.

St. Augustine Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The beach house is absolutely beautiful and close to everything including the beach. The weather wasn’t the greatest, but no one can control that. It gave us more time to enjoy the house. There were six adults. We had plenty of room and bathroom. Good neighborhood. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location, fabulous layout and only 1 block from the beach.

Arrived shortly after 3 with easy access to the house. Lovely home, well decorated and plenty of room for 10 people. The layout is perfect. Short walk- 1 block to the beach- brand new walkway over the dunes. House was well stocked with basics to get started and kitchen had everything you needed if cooking meals. Beach chairs, boogie boards and even a wagon to get essentials to the beach were in the garage. Great location- highly recommend for families!

Wonderful house in a perfect location

We had a tremendous time staying in this home. We are a family of four with two teenage boys and this house gave us plenty of space to spread out but also has great communal areas. The views are SPECTACULAR. The location is perfect. It is just steps to the beach and close to restaurants. Just a short drive to downtown St. Augustine. The check-in process was good and communication was good. Overall a beautiful house. There were a few issues that could be addressed to make the stay even better and this is why I didn't give it five stars: -the kitchen is not well-stocked at all with cooking supplies. It is just the bare minimum. So if you are planning on doing a lot of cooking (as we were), be aware that it is bare bones. -the grill is very old and rusty. -there were only 3 beach chairs and one camping chair provided. Only a small beach umbrella. For a property of this caliber so close to the beach would have expected nice beach gear for at least four people. -little touches needed like there were barely any hangers in the closet. Not a big deal, but again for a house of this magnitude expect not to worry about things like this. -a lot of things need some TLC. Some of the deck chairs were dirty, rust on fans etc. The place just needs some more attention.
