Welcome to your oceanfront oasis! This home is perfect for large groups & family getaways. There are so many areas to relax & enjoy! Ocean views from just about every room. The home is filled with everything you need, to make this the perfect beach vacay. The beach trail will lead you to St. Augustine's white sand beaches. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops & shops. Historic downtown St. Augustine is less than a 10 minute drive. It's a shore thing you will enjoy your stay!

Walk into the ground floor that has a secondary living area and dining area, a wet bar and mini fridge. There are sliders out to the outdoor dining area and yard space. Downstairs you will also find the laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On the second or main level is the kitchen and living area. There are 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is an expansive deck with a large couch and many barstools to look out to the ocean. On the third floor there is a huge loft area, with a couch, a desk and 3 beds.

Guests have access to the full home! There are a few locked closets for the owner and cleaners.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

Parking is on the pavers or gravel, do not block the driveway for neighbors.
