About this property

Beautiful home on a 4420 ft. elevation, located in the Eagles Nest subdivision. 2 story cabin, with fascinating views. Enjoy the outdoor hot-tub with picnic tables near by for family gatherings. Covered porch right off the kitchen with a dining table for 6, plus an indoor dining table for four. Black kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops, 85" TV in the loft area.

PLEASE READ BEFORE RESERVING: NO MOTORCYCLES OR SLINGSHOTS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS COMMUNITY.

1st Floor: Living Room, Kitchen, Wood Fireplace, Stainless steel appliance, Dining Room table for 4, Covered porch with dining table for 6, breakfast bar, spacious kitchen, Master King bedroom with full bathroom, garden tub, walk-in shower

2nd Floor: Loft with sitting area & 85" TV, King Bedroom with two twin beds, Full bathroom with garden tub, second bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds.

Rates:
Low Season:
$234 nightly - $1,438 weekly.
3 nights minimum stay required.
January through May
September. November and December except: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year

High Season:
$290 nightly - $1,830 weekly.
3 nights minimum stay required.
June through August. October.

Holidays:
$290 nightly - $1,830 weekly.

Great house, amazing views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin location was beautiful- great views!My only complaint is that there was long golden dog hair everywhere. Mgt was called to bring us clean blankets and they did an excellent job of replacing right away. Cabin was very dusty also. Other than that, it was a great experience!
