Desirable Beachside private home with a large private pool and 4 minute walk to the beach. Large 4/5 bedroom with 2 king en-suites and newly renovated bathrooms (4 total bathroom). Bring your family, bring friends to your beach home with private swimming pool (heat available) and amazing 180 degree views of the Gulf of Mexico. Just a 4 minute walk to the emerald green gulf waters and sugary white sand of Inlet Beach. Our home is 3 lots from the State Park, Camp Helen and a 4 minute walk to two beach access points one with stairs/boardwalk and one with no stairs.

Paradise Lookout Beach Home is located on a dead end street between Camp Helen and Rosemary Beach. The home is close to 30A restaurants, shopping and family activities. Paradise Lookout offers access to a nearly private beach, via a boardwalk with stairs or a 4 minute stroll (no stairs). The 2nd floor level, full length deck, offers a breath taking view of the Gulf while enjoying a morning Cup of Joe, or experiencing memorable sunsets over a bottle of Pinot Noir. New 3rd floor full length deck and 4th floor 16 ft by 16 ft roof top decks further enhance your outdoor space and amazing views of the gulf.

Everyone gets the best room!! This large 3 story home, boasts three King bedrooms (including 2 en-suite King bedrooms). This property is perfect for a multi-family, and/or multi-generational family getaway.

The welcoming 1st level has an en-suite Main King with private screened-in porch and full laundry. The main level, 2nd floor, features a fully equipped kitchen, offering granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a gulf view to enhance the ambience while you entertain family and friends. The dining table and counter top bar comfortably welcomes 12+. The deck also features additional sit down open air eating for 4 & more.

Relax and lounge in the spacious main level family room, leading to the full length furnished deck, overlooking the gulf, private pond and private swimming pool. This inviting gathering point includes a large comfortable sectional, and twin reclining chairs that surround a 60" HD smart flat screen television.

Two additional bedrooms and a full bath appear on the main level; one King Bedroom, and one Bunk Bedroom that will delight the hearts of families and children. The bunk room features a twin set of bunks, as well as a roomier full-size bunk set.

The 3rd floor offers a private Main King en-suite, with a large soaking tub and separate wet room spa-shower. The main suite displays a breath taking gulf overlook to share romantic sunsets from the tranquil sitting area or private full length deck. The 3rd floor also features a separate bonus /Flex loft (sleep sectional and bunk beds) and full guest bathroom.

New summer 2023, a 4th level sky deck to fully enjoy the Gulf views and sunsets.

Enjoy the amenities such as a private Heated pool* with wood deck, grill, lounge chairs, patio tables, hammock, and umbrellas. Also on property is an outside shower.

I rented Lisa's house to celebrate my 50th birthday with some of my dear friends. The house was delightful and Lisa made sure all of my needs were met-providing a list of some amazing photographers, caterers and a company that provided a firepit on the beach. My friends were overwhelmed by the beauty of the house and the close proximity to a semi private beach.

Great house for multiple families! We had three families and it worked out perfectly! The house was nice and spacious. Unfortunately the pool was kind of disappointing… smaller than the pictures make it look, not clean and the pool light didn’t work so swimming at night was not safe for the kids. Also it was cold so none of the kids swam more than 5 minutes the entire time we were there. The kitchen had lots of pans and utinsels to cook with. The location is great! Close to the beach and convenient to lots of things! The host is very nice and responsive. We would book it again!!

Perfect stay for our bachelorette weekend!

This house was amazing! We had 16 girls for a bachelorette and there was plenty of space. There are two beach accesses within a five minute walk so the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The beach is a short walk from the property, and the pool is a great substitute when you don't want to pack for thee beach. Lisa was an amazing host that went above and beyond in answering any questions or concerns that I had. The location also has many close local restaurants, so I had a wide range of dining experiences. Perfect location that feels like home!

We had a great stay! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and easy, which made everything stress-free. The home was clean and beautifully decorated - so cozy and welcoming! It was very well stocked with anything you could possibly need, so there's really no need to pack all the extras - just bring your clothes and personal items because the rest is already there (it has been very well thought out)! My daughter fell in love with the ice machine on the kitchen counter, so I ended up ordering one for her before we left! It is a very short walk to the beach with a choice between 2 access points. The private pool is great!! The community is quiet and friendly. The location of the house is perfect if you need to run out to the grocery store or Walmart and it's so close to Rosemary Beach for even more shopping! Lisa, the owner, was super responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for sharing your home!

Best Bachelorette Weekend!

I had the most amazing bachelorette trip in Rosemary Beach. So much of what made the trip great was the beautiful house and the amazing communication with the host, Lisa. She was so wonderful and helpful when any minor issues arose. The house was very well maintained and the perfect space to host a large group. We had 12 girls total and it was perfect! The two beach access points were very convenient and the drive into Barrett Square was very short and convenient as well. This property and the host’s communication really made all the difference in having an enjoyable and relaxing trip! I absolutely plan to return to Rosemary and would book this property again.

We are very close to the beach in between beach access 1 and 2. Beach Access One with stairs is 5 min walk and the Beach access 2 with no stairs is a 5 minute walk - easy with owner provided wagon and light weight beach chairs. Private, secluded heat optional pool on a quarter acre lot. Flat Screen, Smart TVs in Family room and all bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with granite and stainless appliances.
