About this property
The Bright Boho-Tel
Welcome to the Boho-Tel! A perfect spot nestled away and fully immersed in the pines, giving travellers tranquility, relaxation, and privacy. Located minutes from NAU and historic downtown Flagstaff. Easy access to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Snowbowl, and much more. This cozy home-base has a cabin feel and includes two private bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen+dining room, living area, washer+dryer. Common outdoor spaces include hot tub, fire pit, and patio with grill and hammock. Utilize the Tesla charger to always wake up to a full charge. A 3 minute walk and you're on beautiful trails for hiking and biking.
We've tried to think of everything and anything our guests may need, whether you are staying the night, or for the month! We've remodeled our private space to cater to your needs, and put a modern spin on it. Our goal is to create an environment where all can feel welcome and at home.
We've repurposed quality items that we've found locally, here in Flagstaff. We are proud supporters of our local businesses and use "green" cleaning when our guests depart. Guests can utilize the full kitchen which includes a full sized refrigerator, oven, gas-stove, and cooking utensils, all within the unit.
We also have a large collection of board games available to our guests. We happen to be big board game enthusiasts and love to share the enjoyment of board games with anybody willing to play! But, we just ask our guests to take care of the games for others to play.
The space is down a couple flights of stairs, so please be aware of this prior to booking.
During your stay, you'll have access to a private outdoor seating area, exclusive to our guests. You'll also have complete private access to all indoor space including both bedrooms one with a king bed and one a queen, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, as well as a living area equipped with a 4K Smart TV w/ full cable channels, and our highly comfortable queen and twin pull-out sofas (with supplied sheets and blankets).
Please note common areas: The outdoor gas fire pit, hot tub, and grill+patio area are all common areas to both our family and our other guests. Please be respectful and considerate of each other's use of these common areas.
NOTE HOT TUB ACCESS RULES: To promote a fair use of the hot tub, we have set a time slot for this unit to be from 8 PM - 10 PM. Please be respectful of these times, thank you.

Cute apartment in the woods. Lots of amenities. Perfect for 2-4 people. Great location, not far from Flagstaff. Our stay was cut short, due to family medical emergency, so we got to enjoy the place for less than 24 hours instead of our planned 3 nights rental. We are used to a welcome basket and coffee K-cups at our online rentals in the past. This would be a nice touch to your guests in the future.
Our stay was so much fun. I love that it had tall pines, jacuzzi and a gas fire pit and gas bbq. Good to note though that all the amenities are shared. Something I wasn’t expecting.Fits 4 people privately and 3 in the in the pull out couch and seat. Had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Some things need a little TLC from normal where and tear, but overall a great experience. Check out and in were easy. My family enjoyed this trip and would consider returning.
Great little place to stay!! The kitchen could use a few more items (like pot lids, a bigger skillet, and sharper cooking knives), so if you're planning on cooking most of the meals there yourself, you might bring your most important cookware with you. But overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
-Property grounds were well-maintained, quiet w/ a beautiful view overlooking the trees & trails below.
-Hot tub: 10/10 clean, and ready to use.
*(6 beach towels provided for use)
-Patio/BBQ/Firepit area: Very clean & had the round-bulb lights strung up that made the area twinkle, beautiful at night.
-Beds were extremely comfortable w/ extra pillows (bed pillows & large, soft throw pillows) & blankets.
*(1 Room has a ROKU & TV, other does not have TV)
-Had a working TESLA charging station in driveway.
*(We took turns charging w/ 1 other occupant & had no issues)
-Kitchen was clean & appliances worked great.
*(They have mugs, silverware, spatulas & ladles, skillets, pots)
-The restroom has a shower w/ XL showerhead *(Shampoo & body wash, toilet paper, washrags, hand towels & towels supplied for use)
-Thermostat/AC/Heating worked great
(Thermostat can be very tricky to operate & set if not used to it)
-The steps/walkway leading up/down the entryway are very steep, making it difficult to carry luggage/groceries, etc. (but I don't exercise, so that may just be me! But be prepared :) just in case)
-Lot's of board games
-Owner has a few properties, so if you are looking for something closer to downtown Flagstaff, or something w/ more space definitely reach out to them and ask!
* The 3 of us had a wonderful stay & the property inside & out was much larger than I had anticipated- I WILL be staying again in the future, as I visit solo every few weeks to get out of the PHX heat*
My friend and I loved the quietude of the pines, and the easy location and clean, comfortable premises! Andrew was very communicative and friendly. Great stay.
Great experience. Comfortable beds, great decor, kitchen sufficiently stocked, television worked well. Hot tub very soothing. Hosts friendly and easy to communicate with. Good exercise going up and down nicely paved stairs landings, through a lovely outdoor environment with a grill, hot tub, gas fire ring. An excellent experience.
This is a really nice space with access to beautiful walking trails and easy driving access to Flagstaff and the surrounding area. Perfect for our family of 4.
The unit was great! It was clean, the kitchen had a decent amount of kitchen ware, the decor was so cute. They had information on things to do, restaurants, hiking... printed and available. The hot tub was really nice, although a little foggy. We added chlorine and was all good! We didn’t use the patio or bonfire, but they looked really nice! Having laundry was a huge plus. The family was super nice. We also forgot a hat there and Andrew was nice enough hold onto it for us to pick up on our way through town a few days later.
This property is perfect, from location to decor to comfort, it is the ideal rental for whatever your Flagstaff plans are. This was our second stay here for skiing & we’ve already booked it again for a third visit.
Another plus is Andrew, one of the owners. He is accommodating & helpful in every way, just a pleasure to rent from.
Loved our Christmas stay among the pines. The apartment actually felt like a home with high ceilings, spacious, and clean. Great place to stay if you want a relaxing place among the pines. Drive to Flagstaff is very short.
Location was great. Hiking trails close by. Andrew was very easy to communicate with and offered us the use of the hot tub and the gas grill for cooking. Wish the outdoor fire pit that he is building would have been completed in time for our stay since it was cold at night.
Only draw back was the oven did not get over 315 degrees so that made cooking some things a challenge. Overall, great place. Clean and well appointed. Would stay again!
Lovely trip and super cute house! Appreciated the location and how helpful and responsive the family
